The Cross Keys is one of the oldest Coaching Inns in Scotland. Built in the 17th Century, it is a listed building of architectural interest. The hotel is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Canonbie, which nestles within the valley of the Border Esk just off the main A7 trunk road to Edinburgh. The Inn is privately owned and the proprietors are only too pleased to be of service.

Sparth House, with all the majestic splendour of Georgian architecture and set in its own grounds, is a Grade ll listed building built in 1740. The interior, though, with wood panelled walls festooned with oil paintings and antique figurines delicately poised throughout the hotel, reflects the elegance and enchantment of the Victorian era. Sparth House is perfectly situated on the edge of the Ribble

Situated in possibly the most beautiful valley in the Beacons National Park on the fringes of the pretty and sophisticated market town of Crickhowell, the views here are humbling. With 22 individually styled bedrooms, The Manor's interior is honest and unpretentious, we like to think of its characteristics being similar to well-aged Claret.
Tr — Stayed for 2 nights with a large group, the whole weekend was excellent. The food was brilliant, the gym and spa was clean

We are passionate about food, we want you to experience a true flavour of Dumfries and Galloway. We carefully select our suppliers and use wherever possible local produce. Our head chef Ian Barron has been at the Hotel for 16 years, testament to his love of the region, the job and the food. We hope you enjoy your experience with us either in Artistas or the less formal Bistro.
Andrew Sayers — Really good food, breakfast and dinner. Excellent staff and a lovely room although ours was ground floor with noisy neighbours
