We popped in here as passing through for a pot of tea just before Christmas. Lovely old pub and a really warm welcome from both the landlord, staff and the roaring log fire, thank you.

A "locals pub". Great atmosphere, friendly, good selection of single malts. Although not a place for a romantic meal for 2. Excellent food always of very good quality. Building could benefit from a bit of TLC.

Thus pub saved my life when out cycling in the rain. Forever grateful for the real open fire and superb food. Could eat my own weight in those haggis bites. Cheers!
