The Cross Keys is one of the oldest Coaching Inns in Scotland. Built in the 17th Century, it is a listed building of architectural interest. The hotel is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Canonbie, which nestles within the valley of the Border Esk just off the main A7 trunk road to Edinburgh. The Inn is privately owned and the proprietors are only too pleased to be of service.
