Nice hotel friendly staff and the food was very nice had the steak pie full of chunks of meat. The room was small but big enough for us and very clean and ensuite best of all dog friendly and they get a breakfast sausage. Very short walk to the outlet village not quite as big as cheshire oaks but nice. Will stay there again.

Popped in for something to eat and a few drinks. Unfortunatly serving food had ended half an hour too late. Whilst having a drink we were asked if we still wanted some food as they were still bring food out. So we were very grateful and ordered Cumberland sausage and a curry. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Thank you to all. We were very hungry! Would visit again.

Nice clean and cosy bedroom. The food served here is always excellent with a good choice of evening meals and breakfast items. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a issue in our room and the lady on duty went to a lot of trouble to sort it out. We were even offered an alternative room which was not needed in the end. It is this high standard of customer service that makes such a difference. Highly recommended.
