Lovely hotel. Nice wedding meal apart from the cheesecake, not bad, just grainy

Lovely gardens surrounding a well kept hotel. Rooms spacious and well serviced. Food excellent and staff very friendly. My only issue was that staffing levels didn't appear to match the hotel occupancy.

Really lovely spacious room everything we needed. Food very good and staff very friendly and accommodating lovely stay for a wedding nothing was too much trouble

We recently had a funeral gathering at The Gretna Chase Hotel and were so grateful for the way in which they handled everything. The initial communications were prompt and courteous. The staff balanced being available and yet discrete. And the food was plentiful and delicious. would highly recommend them.

Went for 2 nights in Paulo and Francesca suite for out honeymoon all was nice and clean we were greeted with chocolates and little bottle of sherry and fizz on ice deco is very keeping with the hotel just lovely. I loved the huge whirlpool even had a smart tv in room It's just a lovely hotel Breakfast was beautiful Set us up for the day staff were very polite and welcoming and Amy the bar staff was amazing went above and beyond with every need to even telling us where the good towns were we stopped in for food on Sunday night and wow if we ever return we are definitely coming for a Sunday night as steak night is not to be missed always listen to chef's recommendations as husband went for the feather blade cut which tbh we had never heard of he's not converted it was unfaultable!

Chocolate brownie omg heaven on a plate! Gutted we live nearly 2 hours away as it would be my regular go to restaurant Will definitely be returning The only down flaw was Gretna green was pretty much ghost town tourists parts a lot were closed

Love this place. I'm down here for 3 or 4 nights every month with work and having stayed in EVERY hotel in Gretna - This is by far the best place. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food is absolutely fantastic!

Had our wedding here NYE 2021 and was absolutely perfect, staff are so helpful and the rooms are immaculate. Best hotel to have a wedding in Gretna in my opinion. Thanks again!

I cannot praise this hotel and it's team highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The team couldn't do enough for us, from arranging for extra guests to join us for breakfast, to finding us a white umbrella we could borrow and re-icing the wedding cake, they went out of their way to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

We stayed here for two nights for our wedding, with a meal for us and 11 guests. Everything was arranged remotely, all the way from Cornwall. We had no opportunity to view the hotel (other than online), or meet anyone, and the team got everything spot on. Everyone was well cared for, everything on time, nothing missing and, well, they certainly went over and above.

The food was outstanding! We love the style of the hotel. So perfect for us. The rooms were beautiful If you are considering booking this hotel for your big day, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to all of you for making our day so very special x

This place is a very cosy well run hotel with a really warm feel I recommend anyone who wants to stay in a hotel in Gretna to stay here and would also like to give a big mention to the very helpful and lovely Aimee thanks for everything.

An excellent hotel, large clean rooms with everything you need including a fan. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are excellent. Highly recommend.

Beautiful traditional hotel, in keeping with the traditions of Gretna Green. All rooms were fantastic, the Adam and Eve Bridal Suite was stunning. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, huge portions and very hot. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for a wedding. Thanks to all the fabulous staff there, you helped to make our wedding weekend very special and unforgettable.

Just returned from an overnight stay at the Gretna Chase hotel. I have to say apart from a beautiful hotel and excellent food the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making a special day more memorable for my son and daughter-in-law on their wedding day. We were a very last minute booking for a bar meal and we were accommodated even though the hotel was already busy with a wedding party. Nothing was a bother the staff are amazing. One huge thank you

What can I say. We got married here 25 years ago and had our reception and wedding night in the Adam and Eve suite. Came back to celebrate our 25th and the hotel upgraded us to the same room. This was such a kind gesture and really made our stay as it brought back soany happy memories Food was excellent, we ate her on the evening, great selection and quality of food.

Breakfast was also great quality and had local produce well presented and cooked. Staff were lovely and the hotel remains a fond memory spanning a quarter of a century. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our wedding here at the Gretna Chase Hotel our experience was absolutely amazing.all the staff were amazing. food was out of this world we enjoyed every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to others to experience what we have. we really can't thank you all enough.keep up the good work. I just love love love this hotel. The food is delicious and the rooms are so beautiful. Wouldn't stop at any other hotel in Gretna than this one. 10/10 Claire and her staff are so lovely they can't do enough for you, they make your stay at this hotel the best possible.

Superb hotel. All staff very attentive and will do everything they can to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Food excellent. Rooms very good. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone.
