The Creebridge House Hotel is a traditional Scottish country house hotel, with 17 ensuite bedrooms, which preserves the peace and tranquility of rural life in elegant surroundings. Your hosts, Steve, Sarah, Rory, Campbell and the rest of the team look forward to offering you a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The hotel acquired it's name from the nearby River Cree and is situated in 3 acres of garden and woodland, in the village of Minnigaff, at the edge of Kirroughtree forest.

The busy market town of Newton Stewart is a mere 2 minutes walk across the Cree Bridge, where you will find a Cinema, Museum, Tourist Information, Leisure Centre with swimming pool, and a range of supermarkets, shops and services.
Services
There is a wide range of accommodation to suit a variety of needs - double rooms with garden view, twin-bed rooms or our family suite which can sleep 5! Our 17 ensuite bedrooms, most recently refurbished to the highest of standards, have private bathrooms, colour television, tea & coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones and offer a choice of accommodation to suit most tastes.
Creebridge House Hotel's location allows for a number of leisure-time pursuits, from golf at the local course some 400 yards away; fishing on the Bladnoch, Minnoch and Cree rivers; walking, mountain biking or star-gazing in the Galloway Forest Park; pony trekking; clay pigeon shooting; bird watching at nearby Reserves; or setting up an easel to capture the beautiful Scottish scenery around Newton Stewart.
Should you prefer a more informal atmosphere than in the Restaurant, the Bridge's Brasserie is also open for lunch and dinner offering great home made bar meals. With over 30 malt whiskies and a selection of fine local real ales, the bar, also listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide and Good Food Guide, is the ideal place to meet and enjoy a pre- or post-dinner drink.
The main restaurant, which overlooks the landscaped gardens, serves a selection of freshly prepared local food, overseen by our Head Chef and his team. The Restaurant is available for private hire for Weddings, Business and Social Functions, subject to availability. The lawn in front of the restaurant lends itself to Marquees accommodating a maximum of 120 guests.

We had our wedding at Creebridge House Hotel 3 days ago The rooms are lovely and spacious, we recommend the family room and honeymoon suite! Our day couldn't have been more special. Huge thanks to Myra, our wedding planner who ensured everything ran smoothly both in the run up and on the big day all the staff were superb and attentive - thanks again for your keepsake, it was a lovely touch our ceremony in the drawing room could not have been better, just perfect.

Our meal was lovely, great buffet in the evening, our guests really enjoyed the day and their stay. Again, huge thanks to everyone for making our wedding week so special Mr and Mrs McMahon (Simon and Karen xx)

We didn't actually stay in the hotel but we went for a meal with our 3 dogs. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Giving our dogs treats, a bowl of water and making a fuss over them. The decor was very nice and the bar area was very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Wat a welcome, , couldn't have had a better welcome. Was delayed by 1.5 hrs with an accident on m6, and the oowner went out of her way to look after myself and my girlfriend. Even asked if we wanted sandwiches. Will definitely be bk

Excellent wee place! We had dinner here every night while we were staying locally on holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and a good price, and they served the local whisky so it was everything I could have asked for. Would love to visit again

My husband and I stayed here for the first two nights of our tour of Scotland. If the other hotels that we stay in are half as good as this one, we will be very happy. Food excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful and polite. Wish we lived closer we would definitely dine here regularly. We hope to return!
