Hand sanitising stations are found at various points within the building. All rooms are deep cleaned and sanitised using hospital standard processes prior to check-in. Quality Bed & Breakfast accommodation with clean, comfortable well-appointed rooms, friendly service and an excellent breakfast. We are conveniently located on the A2, within easy walking distance of Sittingbourne town centre and train station and close to Kent Science Park and Euro link Business Estate.We offer a pleasant and friendly place to stay whilst working or travelling in the Sittingbourne area.

Already we enjoy this interesting and historic building and are enthusiastic about welcoming others to share in it and stay here too! We pride ourselves on continuing The Beaumont's reputation for providing clean, comfortable, welcoming accommodation and a polite friendly service. Our guest rooms are reasonably sized and well-appointed, most of them with en-suite shower & WC.
The Beaumont was originally built as a farmhouse and the main part of the building dates back some 300 years. The?younger? Each of rooms is a different shape and size but they are all comfortably furnished and equipped with Freeview TV channels, Wi-Fi, Hairdryers, Bathrobes and a generous hospitality tray.

A wide selection of Cereals, including Cornflakes, Weetabix, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Fruit & Fibre. We use only the finest quality meats, which we source from award winning local butchers, Rook & Sons. We also grill the bacon, sausages & tomatoes to reduce the fat content and provide you with a healthier breakfast.

What a lovely stay. We came as a cycling trip and were welcomed with our bikes and some space to lock them up safely. The rooms were clean, everything you needed (soaps, moisturiser, tea, biscuits, etc). Super comfy mattresses, I slept like a log! The brekkie was fab and let's not forget the best part. starting your day in the conservatory overlooking the blooming garden! Thanks so much for having us, it was fabulous.

Nice clean family room every thing we needed, towles ect, sorry to say we set fire alarms of making every one get out oficently by the onwers by using a new supplied fan heater, that was just because it was first time use, at least we had a laugh about it working nothing was too much trouble for week while seeing family and friends thank you Brenda Mick Rachael Cheesman
