My only critisism is that the hotel is old, stuck in a time warp and is rather an eye sore locally. The car park is a weedy mess and would put you off staying there for starters, not a great first impression. I attended a function there this week. The staff were very nice and the food provided also was, especially the quiche. The reception area and bar looked clean and tidy - just dated. I wish someone would inject some money here or demolish it.

Compared to other local hotels it's fairly priced. It looks very dated and run down on the outside. On the inside it could do with brightening up but it's not bad. The room was clean, staff very friendly. However I think the main issue with this hotel is it's in Medway. On the first evening a drunk man on the road out front was very noisy before being arrested, then a few hours later someone a few rooms along from mine had a visit from the police.
Then at 10:30pm there was what I imagine was meant to be a human female, wailing outside like a cat - I assume she was drunk? The walls seem very thin and you can hear not only guests in the rooms adjacent but all around. If you just want somewhere cheap to sleep with no thrills then it's fine and does the job.

Rooms are strange, mine was a double bed room that also had a tiny room with bunk beds, the shower worked well but was a fixed head, no hosed head, and the exterior part cubicle was falling, but didn't affect the shower experience. The breakfast options include continental and English but have somewhat limited options compared to the like of a premiere Inn.
I wanted three bacon, beans and one croissant but the croissant was on another menu option and so they refused to mix, which seems pretty petty when that's bound to cost them 30p and I wasn't having most of the English breakfast, bad start to the day.

Just a basic hotel and nothing special, the hotel is dated and could do with a lift, the room was fine, nothing to shout about but clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was probably the most disappointing thing of all, it was the most basic of breakfast i have ever seen, the full English consisted on ONE fried egg, ONE hash brown, ONE sausage, HALF a tomato and ONE spoon of baked beans, they do not do mushrooms or anything else and breakfast is orders and you get what they give you. There were cereals and toast but the cook breakfast was all that was on that plate.

Me and my wife stayed one night in this hotel whilst volunteering at the construction site of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses in Medway - Rochester. We were very pleased with our stay. Good size bed. Nice facilities. Breakfast was excellent home cooked. No complaints at all. I would stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks

Has become my regular when staying in this area. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good quality food and beverage offering Prices are value for money, rooms are comfortable and I particularly like the decent sized kettle and the the good quality soap and shower gel used in bathrooms. Nothing seems too much trouble, particular shout out to the guy at breakfast whose name escapes me, Sam the barman and the lovely wonderful Steph on reception

The hotel experience was lovely and such good value for money. The room was first class, modern but with an old fashioned twist. Bathroom and shower was lovely too. The breakfast and the staff were first class too. only drawback was that it is not visible from the road, the hotel sign is not lit up and the grounds are being renovated so looks abit untidy. We drove round and round the one way system and our sat nav insisted we had arrived but it looked like a field so we were confused.

Absolutely amazing stay! Would highly recommend this place to everyone! Stayed here for 2 nights with our dog and everyone was so friendly both the staff and other guest. We had dinner both nights and both nights absolutely amazing, food was perfect. Amanda behind the bar was super helpful and a really friendly worker who made our experience. Have already booked for our next stay

The hotel is old and tired. It needs a lot of renovation. However, it is clean. The facilities are clean and the staff really make the effort. The staff really are perhaps, the best part of the hotel as it is. For the price, I think it's worth a stay, for sure. Only criticism is in the winter months, it's very hard to see from the road. I drove round it three times before I realised it was there. The entrance to the hotel car park is not lit and in the darkness it is not clear where you go to actually park up.

What a lovely place. Bit out dated but dont judge a book by its cover. Wonderful polite courteous staff who could not help you enough. Breakfast was excellent and you could have just what you wanted. Rooms very clean. Bathroom was bigger than ours at home. Comfy clean bed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Slightly dated in places, but clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast was a little busy with few members of staff, so had to wait about 10 minutes before being seated, then had to wait to be served, but food was well cooked and very tasty. Room was very clean, and quite warm considering the heating wasn't on, but we were supplied a fan. Bed was very comfortable and would of had a decent night sleep if the husband hadn't decided it would be a good idea to enjoy the bar, then make sounds like a wildebeest in his sleep! Girls enjoyed the bunk beds in the room.
