Focused on customer comfort and care we offer quality accommodation (Silver Award). Our 10 bedrooms are individually named and priced. Our Luxury rooms have modern shower baths and sea views. Ground floor rooms: one as a double/twin or family room (for one child minimum age 4yrs) and 2 single rooms. All other rooms are on the first floor. All rooms have either satellite TV (Freesat/Free Sky ) or Freeview. All rooms have DVD players. We are experienced in catering for gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian diets.

Amber House brilliant hotel. Reasonably priced, decorated to high standard. Clean you could eat off the floor. I think they might frown on that lol. Stunning location near to Paignton. Staff really friendly and helpful. Free parking and lots of it, usual for the area. Beautifully decorated, garden stunning. Will be my 1st choice on my frequent trips to Paignton. Breafast was to high standard. Its a yes from me and a golden buzzer

Fantastic rooms, really comfy beds and hot showers. Very clean. Professional friendly approach from the owners. The breakfast was amazing - great choice and amazing gluten free and vegetarian options. Lovely honesty bar available until 11pm is a lovely touch. Fantastic place would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing place! This was without doubt the best place that we have ever stayed in Paignton/ UK. A beautiful hotel in a great location. Very comfy dog friendly room with a wonderful view of the bay, fantastic breakfast with so much choice and a lovely bar area and garden. The owners were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We felt like part of the family! We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay. Thank you to Mark and Vivian for a perfect holiday. Keep up the good work and we will see you again for sure
