Just spent a lovely weekend in this splendid B&B. Sue and Ozzy are amazing host and make you feel so welcome. A real home from home and a delicious breakfast as well. A fabulous location close to the local high street and a 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants. A 5 min walk into Paighton Will definitely stay again.

Really nice people who run this and will help you with anything really but the place is a bit dated and needs an overhaul, the top floor shower isn't the best and the cold tap can be temperamental and the toilet door doesn't close properly but I did enjoy my stay. Only 5 mins walk from beach and breakfast was ok too. 7-10
