We are a family run hotel and we pride ourselves on our quality and service. Set on a level position, the hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of Paignton Beach and Pier. The comfortable lounge is a delightful place to relax in after an enjoyable day's sightseeing. Our hotel provides an excellent breakfast which includes a hearty full English for those with an appetite.

Arrived a few hours after booking in time but this was not a problem as are keys was left in an easy to find place. And are room was warm and cozy.

Lovely b&b breakfast excellent owners and staff very friendly. In a great position for all amenities. Decor nicely done. Only complaint ( can't blame b&b for this) room 10 at rear of property. Railway line at back so quite noisy at times late evening early morning. We booked at last min and room 10 was last room available. If I had a choice wouldn't choose it.

But hey ho. What do you need your room for on holiday but for sleeping and bathing. So was fine. Gave 5 stars because overall was an excellent stay. Thanks to everyone ar the Rosslyn.

Stayed here for 7 nights, no faults. Comfy bed and 5 breakfast. The young lad was very efficient. Definetly stay there again if I went to paignton

Tiny room. Average breakfast. Main components of a breakfast are sausage and bacon which were over done. No one there to let us in when I arrived. Keys were in a key safe but the text to say they were there never reached me. Place was nice and clean and covid safe, which is the only positive thing I can say. Cliff is a lovely chap as is the young fella who served breakfast. I can't agree with the reviews saying this is the best b+b in Paignton. Sort out the breakfast and it will get another star. Sorry Cliff

Outstanding breakfast amazing hosts and rooms. The bed's are so soft and comfy it's like laying on a cloud. Parking always available. Great layout and really good service this is definitely the best b and b in this area

Having visited more than 40 "B&Bs" in Paignton over the last 20 years. This place had one ot the best en suite showers (that i have come across) and above average breakfast. Place clean and nicely decorated and will not hesitate to revisit.

Very clean and comfortable. Cathy, the owner, is very friendly and helpful as is Hayley, the lady who works for her. The breakfast is well cooked, plenty and tasty. They have the all important off road parking and are a stone's throw from the beach, without being on it. Would definitely stay there again.
