Two Beaches Bed and Breakfast has seven en suite bedrooms, each with their own individual characters.
This friendly Paignton B&B, the Two Beaches has a homely feel, in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness and our attention to detail. Our spacious bedrooms are equipped with all essentials you will need. Whether you choose to sit outside on our sun patio or visit all of the local attractions, we aim to provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us.
All prices quoted are per room, per day or week. All bookings must be confirmed in writing, with a non refundable deposit of the 30% of the reservation. Cheques made payable to the Two Beaches. You may pay your final account by cash, cheque with a bankers card, credit or debit card. Most cards accepted.
The beaches stretch for miles and we would recommend (for the energetic) taking a days stroll from the far end of Preston to Elberry Cove and back. This will take you through Paignton Sands, Fairy Cove, Goodrington (North and South) Sands, Three Beaches, Broadsands and over the headland to Elberry cove.

We had a fantastic time at Two Beaches B&B. Alex and Maria were very welcoming and helpful. The room was exellent, very clean and tidy. The Breakfasts were really good, and plenty. There is also a parking space for each room, this is always helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Two Beaches. We hope to go back there at sometime.

Lovely place to stay Maria and Alex were very welcoming rooms lovely and spacious beds very comfy slept like a log shower was fantastic breakfast was lovely plenty of it. Parking which is a bonus. Not far to walk to get to the town and seafront plenty to do mum and I enjoyed our stay elaine and dawn will definitely come back

Exceptional place to stay little extras make you feel special. Nicely decorated, everything cleaned to a very high standard.breakfast selection is second to none and was cooked to perfection. The owners extremely friendly but not intrusive I will be booking here for my next visit to Paignton and highly recommend you stay here you will not be disappointed of that you can be sure. Well done love it.

This was our ninth stay at this fabulous B&B. It all starts with a warm welcome from Alex and Maria. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of choice for all tastes. If you're ever going to visit Paignton, and are looking for a B&B, don't bother looking at any others, this is the place to stay. Surely the best in Torbay. Can't wait to return for our tenth visit.
