Vibrating Pillow available (The vibrating pad will alert the deaf or hard of hearing to a fire alarm). All Executive Family Rooms are larger than our Standard Rooms and all have baths with showers. All Superior Rooms are larger than our Standard Rooms and have a new modern contemporary design. Best Western Plus Ullesthorpe Court has 4 suites, two of the rooms have a separate lounge area from the bedroom and all have sofa beds so they can be suitable for families.

If you own an Electric Car and unsure where you are going to charge up overnight when away on business - don't worry because now all you need to do is let our reception team know when you make your booking or check in at the hotel and you can use one of our two points (13amp or 32amp) completely FREE of Charge (for hotel residents).
We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in two of our standard double bedrooms by prior arrangement. Dogs are welcome in our coffee lounge or outside patio areas but not permitted in the hotel restaurant or bar areas. Dog owners must provide suitable bedding as pets are requested not to go on the beds or chairs.

Had a fantastic 3 day trip to Ullesthorpe GC, very busy weekend with the Captain's Charity on Sat and Sun morning, our Fri round took just over 5 hrs but we did walk, there is a lot of walking between Green and Tees our Sat round was slightly better 4 hr 40 but we did play in the Charity game, on Sun 4 hr 5min. They're putting in a Par 3 course and Driving range should be open next year.
The restaurant is only big enough for about 40 person's but the food was good. Breakfast is the same self service everything available, plenty of outside space for drinks and golfers bar also 2 snooker tables. Small pool, sauna and hot tub.

I took 1 star because of the food in the restaurant! I will tell you why. My opinion when you order a steak that it's 30 and waited 45min don't put onion rings and the same cut chips that you use for a burger. The risotto with peas that you can cook at home for a quid definetly didn't worth the 16 for it. The coffee machine needs to be changed it does not give nice hot drinks from there and it's too slow. The breakfast was good, and the hotel and the facilities are great.

We've been guests in this hotel for one night. The rooms are clean, there is room service and facilities for disabled people. The only thing not working in our room was the extractor fan in the bathroom. We've not been impressed with the breakfast. The service was scarce and not well organized. The food and bar manager lacked touch when insisted to change us more than what we consumed. This made us feel uneasy. Overall an okay stay ruined by a bad start to the morning.

Stayed here as part of an overnight work trip. The location is close to the A5 but just off the path down some country lanes. The check-in process was simple, the rooms clean and well furnished. The bathroom facilities are well maintained (a common place for mold in hotels), the bed was comfortable if a little soft for my liking, and the coffee facilities included hot chocolate which is a nice touch for those of us who don't drink tea/coffee.
The hotel gym facilities are pretty comprehensive with treadmills, bikes, rowers, weight equipment, and free weights although space is a little tight for the last. Antibacterial spray and wipes are available so you can clean after. The pool area is a decent 10m length and nice temperature. There's also a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room to relax in. Overall it was a great way to unwind/start the day.
I didn't eat my evening meal here however the breakfast buffet was comprehensive with hot foods, cereal, breads, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. Hot drinks and juices are also included (the former upon request and made fresh for you).

Had a fabulous experience at the hotel last Friday, myself and best friend came for a spa day and stop over. It was just wonderful! The staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly in all areas from Reception to Spa and Bar. The value of the spa day is incredible! We enjoyed treatments each, an amazing afternoon tea and use of the facilities. The room was really too. Can't wait to do it again

It was my sister's Birthday. This was suppose to be a real treat for her. However, we tried to make the best of the situation. Some staff made us feel uncomfortable. The restaurant was closed on Friday night so had to eat in the Inn. The food wasn't great. The fish batter on fish and chips was not cooked. My squid was not cooked properly and I just could not eat uncooked squid.
When we complained the waited just said sorry and cleared the plates away. Our room was basic and the shower woukd get hot every 2 minutes and we were dipping in and out without enjoying our showers. The pool area and hot tub and steam room were really good and we enjoyed our experience there.

Very nice. Was a Saturday night meet up with family. Enjoyed by all, especially the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Staff all friendly, bar prices about average, place was clean and tidy, plenty of car parking Breakfast was self serve so eat as much as you can manage, and the bacon was not covered in white fat. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic hotel great value. We booked an overnight golf break directly with the hotel. All the staff were polite friendly & helpful in particular Sharon. We had a slight issue with our room which was dealt with very promptly & we were upgraded by the manager Paul Burgess. Great golf course, nice Spa & lovely food. We would certainly stay there again

Myself and my husband got married here 19/12/21, Venue was beautiful, food was amazing and the staff was brilliant. Really friendly staff members which made the day even better for us. They went above and beyond on our day. I am so glad we had our wedding here it was lovely. Our guests mentioned how professional the staff was all day. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts, our day was spectacular!
