Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night's accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I wouldn't let my dog stay at this "hotel". The Chinese couple who own this place, Diamond house, are FRAUDSTERS! They double charged me for two nights when I only stayed for one. They did this by holding my initial transaction, then two days later charged me for another one. When I realised on my bank statement. I rung Diamond house to be told by the man he doesn't even have a record of my correct transaction on the night I actually stayed or the one two days later, on the night I didn't stay.
His conclusion was that he could not help me at all and go and find out myself. THEY ARE DAYLIGHT ROBBERS! And I have also found out I certainly am not the first person who has experienced this. Also the place is tired and run down, bed not comfortable, dirty, TV didn't work. The list goes on!
