Rooms run small but service was 10/10! I was given the business double which is perfect for one person, but found it too small for two persons when my friend joined me. Amara from the the reception very kindly swooped me out for a standard twin, which was significantly bigger (and more hanging space). Kudos to the great service!

Rooms are small, worn and dirty. It is nowhere near to a four star level. Service is a joke, most of the staff can't decide questions on their own, you always have to wait for their manager. Overall for the money that's really poor. Only positive was the breakfast which was closely in line with what somebody would expect from a four star hotel. Overall it's just bad.

Every person I came into contact with was super friendly and helpful. Whilst the corridors are a little jaded and the room I had a little small it was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good but a little lacking in vegetarian cooked options and there was no Earl Grey tea which was a shame. Overall for the price paid however it was very good value for money and in a beautiful location close to Kensington Gardens so I would recommend it.

Lovely hotel - friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast, all hot and fresh. Lobby is nice too. Bed was comfortable but lost a star because the room was tiny for the price - much smaller than the pictures show and expected more. But it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Great experience for Afternoon Tea at the Corus Hotel! We purchased a voucher for an afternoon tea experience with some friends and everything was amazing! The hotel has a nice dining room just in from of Hide Park and the service was impeccable! The host Ezio really went above and beyond to provide great customer service; the selection was really good and everything seemed delicious and fresh (just a little note on the scones - I felt they were very dry so maybe those were not fresh). I would definitely recommend it :D

Booked an experience & 4* overnight stay for hubby via wowcher. Main hotel decor lovely. Room very small. Door to bathroom extremely small, hubby had to walk in side on. Bed pushed up against the wall, although it was comfortable and bedding was clean. Breakfast included in price was adequate. Otherwise costs 14.95 pp I've stayed in better Premier inn/ travelodge rooms.

We stayed her for one night on a city break. The hotel is ideally located for the west end and you can go for s morning stroll along the Serpentine in Hyde Park. The room was okay and had the normal amenities. Breakfast was buffet style and offered full English and continental. We booked through secret escapes and thought it was good value.

We purchase this nights stay on a woucher voucher. The staff showed ultimate customer service from beginning to end and their hard work and dedication really shows. The room was clean and we slept really well. The breakfast was well organised and varied. I can't fault anything from the hotel and would highly recommend staying there.

Great location! Friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel was worn down. Bed was not clean kept picking all sorts of hair from the bed and pillows. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Floor is dirty. Absolutely not worth a 100 per a night. This is not a 4 star hotel 2 stars at most.

Hotel is clean, rooms are small. Check out is at 12pm which is great. Unfortunately they don't have the little signs that let house keeping know you are still cleaning. So house cleaning proceeded to check every half an hour. Defeated the whole purpose of a late check out for me to be honest. sigh

This is a very beautiful place. We are staying here for two nights. This is a bit expensive but very pretty. However the rooms are very warm so far.

A nice charming hotel in the Cheshire area. A good sized, clean double room with the usual complimentary items. The TV was fully operational with no break up in signal, and the bed were clean and comfy. All the staff we dealt with were really helpful and friendly. We used a voucher for 2 nights, and it worked out to be 35 per night, which is amazing value, and included dinner for the first night.

The food at the hotel is also quite good. My rump steak was really nicely cooked, and service was relatively quick by today's standard. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend it.

We were in need of a last minute place to stay when Chimney House Hotel popped up on Yelp. The hotel is very charming, the breakfast was very good, and the staff wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great little hotel with a great little restaurant! This cute little 3 star hotel is part of Brook hotels who have under their umbrella around 18 country hotels across the country. I like the fact this particular one is set within eight acres of picturesque hotel grounds featuring woodland and scenic gardens, capturing the essence of country house hotels and their appeal as somewhere you can escape to.

The hotel's layout is quaint indeed with a charming half-timbered Tudor style country house. This is a great option for those Chester race days in the summer, with 50 decent en suite rooms costing between 60-85 a night.
