My favorite place to stay in London! The staff are truly excellent! And their prices are seriously fantastic. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They truly care, and go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Especially Yousef While I was quarantining, he would bring my deliveries to my door. When parking outside, he came out just to tell me the best place to stop, as well as the free times (6:30 pm - 8:00 am).
The location is perfect, safe, and all the museums are literally a 2 minute walk. Hyde park is also several minutes away. They also have cleaning services 3 times a week. Included in the price. The apartments with balconies are beautiful, with a great layout. A nice kitchen fully stacked, good sofas with a big flatscreen in each room, with surround sound in the living room, which has a coffee table and small dining table for four. Cosy ambiance, a soft bed, and hotel slippers. What more can I ask for? Perfection.

Will never use this property again. I booked via Hotels.com and due to the covid-19 virus no one is allowed to fly from Australia for at least 6 months. 130 Queens Gate apartment will not allow a refund, instead offering a 12 month credit voucher. All but worthless when we can't fly until the end of this year. Disgusting cashing in when there is a pandemic.

Central location and style worth the price. Walked everywhere and when needed taxi was only 5 pounds to theatre etc. Great selection of newspapers for free. Nice coffee and good kitchen. Nice temperature with heating. Shower was good but loved the bath with toiletries with a lovely smell. Kitchen with dishwasher etc easy to use. Out side terrace had lovely views over the Kensington area. So close to Museums parks and good shops. Even a local market for fresh food. Very quiet but public transport such as underground and buses very close.

Here for Spring Break with my parents in 2001. While they term themselves apartments, the booking process and guest experience is about as close to a hotel as one will get. The aspect of apartment is in the size of the accommodations. From what I remember from way back when, our room was comfy, and we were able to move around without bumping into one another, as is the problem with some European hotels that don't cost a king's ransom.
Speed up almost 15 years later and 130 has had a beautiful face lift. Furnishings all around are new and the place feels fresh, but still holds onto its British flair. Came here to celebrate a friends 30th and we wanted something relaxing, close to as much as everything as possible and in a safe location - which 130 is! It's still pricey, but for London, we received a lot for a good price. It was nice being back to a place I enjoyed as a kid, only to find it better!
