The Brook Green Hotel

Lovely room, great beer, friendly staff, although I thought 4.60 was a bit pricey for a bag of crisps at the bar.

Staff were amazingly nice but the manager Philip came onboard to destroy the whole experience. We all really wish he wasn't there.

Friendly service, great beers, really tasty Angus steak and chips, cooked medium rare, exactly as I asked for. Perfect!

We spend one night here. Super nice location. A small cozy garden and authentic interior. Comfy beds and fully equipped bathrooms. An electric outlet for the hairdryer inside the bathroom would have been nice though. Close to the Underground station (5 min. walk), local restaurants and shops. Super friendly staff! Great breakfast! Local beer on tap and a variety of spirits and other drinks.

The only drop of bitterness are the busy street and the near by police station which produced quite some noise. Ear plugs are highly recommended. We sure will be back on our next trip to London.

Beautiful bar area with classic carved wood and mirrored back. Rooms clean modern and nicely decorated. Toiletries provided with fluffy towels to boot. we didn't eat here so cannot comment. Had a free beers at the bar and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you are visiting the area. We went to see a gig at the Hammersmith Apollo which is 10min walk if that away. Tube 7mins. We would definitely stay again.

An awesome place to chill, with a lovely atmosphere, beautiful decor, and a relaxing vibe. Plenty of comfy seating and a generous dining room. Well worth a visit!

Excellent place to stay for the night if you're going to a gig in the nearby Apollo. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, lovely pub downstairs, reminded me a bit of boutique downtown Seattle vibe! Will definitely be back!

I stayed at Brook Green in Feb 2022 with a friend. We stayed in room 5 which is a twin room on the first floor. I booked Brook Green due to its close location to the Eventim Apollo, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is also on the same road as Hammersmith tube station, and just a 5 minute walk away. On entering the pub (the hotel reception is behind the bar) I had high hopes - the pub is beautiful, clean and bright but with classic features.

Check in was quick and straightforward and the staff were polite and helpful. Upon arriving in the room, I was not disappointed! Whilst the room was compact, it felt large compared to many others that I've stayed in when in London. The room was spotless and decorated in a beautiful William Morris theme. The bathroom was also sparkling and was kitted out with gorgeous products.

There was a coffee machine and a bottle of water. The room also had a fridge, safe, iron and hairdryer. Checkout time was 11am and breakfast was served until 11.30am. My friend and I ate in the bar on the Thursday night before going to a show and I had breakfast in the bar the following morning. Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. The bar is also dog friendly The only downside to my stay here was that the alarm clock was still set from a previous guest and woke us up at 4.40 am! Other than that, this was a perfect stay and I would definitely stay here again when attending an event at the Apollo or even further afield in London.

Brilliant service from the engaging staff. Location is brilliant, the food is hot, tasty and the beers well kept. The rooms were excellent, large and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or just to drop in for a meal and drink.
