All three of our Junior Suites were designed to fulfil the higher expectations of an executive guest. One suite consists of a Queen-sized bed whilst the others offer a twin-bedded arrangement.

From here direct trains leave for Heathrow airport which can be reached in 15 minutes. Paddington is also the interchange for the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City Underground lines making it ideally located for exploring the rest of the city. In addition, the Central line can be accessed from Lancaster Gate Underground station which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

This place was great yes the room are a bit aged but you get everything you need comfy bed hot powerful shower what more do you need when your out in London most of the time. The free parking great as this is hard to come by and can work out expensive also plus it just out of the congestion zone. The free breakfast was just what we needed just a 5 minute walk away. And the tube is just down the road this will definitely be are hotel from now on when visiting london. Also the staff was very polite and happy.

We had a 2 nights stay here. Friendly reception, easy to check in. It is a Dated hotel and furnishings are old but it adds character. The room was clean and tidy with tea making facilities. We had a family room a double bed and 2 singles. Comfy sleep. Hotel is at a great location, a five minute walk to Paddington connecting to the centre via tube. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a week and cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to Paddington train and tube station. 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park, loads of shops and food outlets near by. Will definitely be staying here again when we next come to London

We love this hotel! We stayed here in 2011, and returned now in March, 2019. The atmosphere is charming with nice sitting rooms and a small bar opened until 1130 pm. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's the kind of place you want to stay if you want a "taste of England" instead of another "big box chain hotel" like we have in the US. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very nice. We were close to two different tubes and a train station. The breakfast that is included was very good and most importantly, the staff were so very nice and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed something they'd gladly help. The room might have been smaller than we expected, but everything else was great.

We stayed at this hotel in June. It is very close to Hyde Park. We stayed in a family room with our 2 children. The service was exceptional. The place is old, but that is why we chose it because it is a historic building with character. We very much enjoyed having a full english breakfast in the morning, and the bar was also very quaint. The owner has a lot of personality and entertained our children with stories of his youth. We recommend the hotel to others with children.
