The room is clean but the bathroom is smelly, I think the smell is from the toilet drain and it smell like mold. Their customer service is considered good, they will calling you for check in time even I checked in at 10 pm, it is still work for them. Due to the early checked out, they let us to leave our luggages in the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect.
There is less than 10mins walk from underground And there is bus stop just in front of the hotel as well. The transportation is quite convenient to the hotel. The hotel is located near to a Westfield shopping mall.

There is a French lady (I use the term lady loosely) I think she's the manager. She is very rude and unprofessional. She literally talks to her staff infront of the clients in a foreign language which I think is rude. She never greets, especially when one needs help. She came to my room literally shouting at me and banged the door in my face. The rooms are very dirty especially the sheets, one of the sheets in my room had like a stain (looks like poop) when I asked for them to change my sheets she said they don't change sheets.
My room didn't have a mirror or an iron I had to literally beg them for a mirror and an iron. My goodness, I had booked for 3 weeks and I only stayed for 1 week they refused to give me my refund. Rude rude rude, I wouldn't recommend.

Being charged for leaving a rented room after midnight makes the place feel more like a prison than a hotel so the fact that it isn't allowed to enter and to leave whenever the guests want to makes the reputation of the "hotel" worse than it already is; Bathroom doors are in some rooms not able to be locked but the breakfast is okay for a two star hotel.

Great location, not to busy on the street. I stayed with my family 4 kids and myself. Staff in kitchen was OK, could do with a bit more customer service. Peter receptionist was fantastic. He made my stay very comforting, but he forgot to mention hotel 73 is downstairs and I had a pram. Wasn't to bad, but could of done with the warning. At night the place gets a bit damp and cold which you can smell. Bathroom was small but great shower. Breakfast was OK, the toast was so nice. Bus stop right outside which is great. Overall would stay again.

For the price you pay its not thay bad at all! The rooms are clean and tidy. The furniture is very tatty looking in the room we stayed in but the bed was comfortable, double shower and most importantly VERY CLEAN. Friendly reception staff. My only moan is there was only one pillow and when asked for nore, at reception there wasn't any. Bus stop right outside which goes directly to Westfield Shopping centre for parking.

I stayed here for an event in the Olympia as it is only a 15 min walk away. The hotel is very basic and the shower in my room broke so it just sprayed water out like a hose. The staff did not bother fix it. The room was ok, it had tea and coffee facilities and a hair dryer, TV and was a decent size with a wardrobe to hang clothes. The toiletries were really poor quality and in tiny sachets so O would recommend bringing your own soap.
The breakfast was not good. Just white toast, jam and butter, fruit yogurt, a bunch of sugary cereals (no healthy options like wheetabix or anything) and juice. No fruits, brown bread, eggs or deli meat either, so not much to be expected. It's also only from 7-9am. There is no elevator, just narrow stairs. I had to lug my heavy suitcase up 4 flights. Overall, super basic, poor breakfast, horrible broken shower but convenient for the Olympia. The nearest station os Shepards Bush, but Hammersmith is also not too far.

I stayed at Hotel 65 when I was in London. Here are my thoughts: PROS: The exterior of the hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is decent (free breakfast as well), it's near a lot of restaurants, and the tube stations are about a 10 minute walk away. CONS: The rooms are really small. There is hardly much room to move. The walls are thin too.
My neighbors were really loud, so it was difficult to fall asleep. The room I was in also faced the street. I would constantly hear cars pass by. I would also hear conversations from outside. They really need to sound-proof the rooms and thicken the walls. The bathroom was small too. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're on budget. However, you'll get what you pay for. I would recommend looking at other hotels in London.
