The hotel was booked for our anniversary, check-in was efficient, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel whilst sight seeing. However, upon returning to the hotel, the bag was not in the room despite being assured it would be. The tea, coffee etc, had not been restocked, which was not brought to the room by staff, I had to go downstairs and collect it myself.
The kettle was faulty, we had to continuously hold the power switch down to boil the water. The t.v was not tuned in, the staff had no clue as how to remedy this and this went on for an hour, it was eventually retuned by myself. Also, there was no plug socket near a mirror, my partner had to style her hair in the reflection of the t.v. The breakfast was good though everything was served in plastic. We did advise the hotel of our disappointment and was offered a 10 refund which added insult to the rest of the disappointment of this stay.

Stayed for a week in March 2022. The staff are very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for us: cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, juice. The walls are a bit thin, as expected, but there was no noise from trains, and not too much rowdiness in the streets. All in all, it's a decent price for what you get and I would stay here again.

Had a lovely 3 day stay here and upon arrival I was a little disappointed as the decor felt a little outdated and my room felt a little musty but the staff were so attentive and friendly I couldn't give it less than 5 stars. The bathroom was quite modern and the breakfast area was a really lovely bright space. The breakfast food could've been a little better with more cereal choices or better meat and cheese but we still ate plenty with lovely big slices of bread to toast and freshly baked pain au chocolat!
The staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and always ready to provide anything you need. The disposable dishes/cutlery at breakfast seemed a little informal but it meant you could take tea and coffee to go which was great! The hotel is minutes away from Earl's Court station which was so convenient and you can easily make your way throughout London. 5 stars for top service and excellent location.

Nice comfortable hotel. The room that we were in was very small, the wide angled photo makes it look bigger than it is but ok for one night. The patio seating area out from the bedroom is lovely and we might have spent more time sat out there if we'd stayed when it was warmer, but as it was December we didn't. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the continental breakfast was lovely.

So, first the bad - I booked a Deluxe Double but when I got there they only had a small twin for me. With a micro bathroom. Disappointed. But there are way more goods - clean and very comfortable small hotel. Good location at a good price for the West End and central London. 3 min walk to Earls Court Tube. Simple continental breakfast- I guess due to covid but I didn't have time for more than a take away coffee and and banana. So not an issue. Staff were excellent Just wish I'd had a bigger bed.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 days. The room was clean & Tidy. Good size room & bathroom. Good food selection was provided, for breakfast everyday in bag to go. The lady, Dorthy who worked at the reception was lovely. She made us feel very welcomed. It was mainly because of her the stay was very pleasant. The most amazing customer service I have come across.
Hotel was in a good location. Shops & eating places nearby. Train station literally 2 mins away. Will definitely come and stay there again. Very happy with the service and overall stay.

We stayed in the Twenty Nevern Square hotel for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Very cozy and luxury room for good price in central London with nice view to the park. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast for take away ( juices, croissants, healthy bars, yogurts), where wonted to be normal breakfast, however covid -19 regulations. Hopefully soon it back to normal. The rest is good good.
