We had a superb time. Top notch hosts and staff, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were brilliant. Parking a little cramped. We'll be visiting again for sure.

A lovely hotel with some of the nicest hosts I've met; Paul and Sarah were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They were also very knowledgeable about the area, transport and local attractions. The location is a lovely spot, literally a stone's throw from a beach and a very nice restaurant (Harbour Light), and a few minutes walk to other attractions (the town centre with arcades and gift shops, Splashdown Waterpark), and a short train or car journey to Torquay and Babbacombe.

The room was very comfortable, homely and welcoming seaside atmosphere without being tacky. Breakfast was lovely, again the hosts were very accommodating (sourcing non-dairy milk for my wife), and the serving staff were very police and helpful. Quality was excellent and well done. I only wish we had stayed longer, I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking at staying in the area.

Fantastic Freindly staff, clean with a great breakfast and superb location

Spent a week at seeways with my wife and son 5 years. Was in the disabled room which was grate lots of room to move wheelchair around shower was great just been up graded. We had breakfast every morning and it was really good there is also a bar with is also manned by Paul Sarah who so welcoming any time in day or nite needles to say we all had a grate time and thay put up with my 5 year old who is so inquisitive and nosey. Paul and Sarah did really grate with him thank you so much for the support you gave us

Paul & Sarah were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were both extremely helpful and cheerful at all times! We would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location right on the sea front and with such excellent staff and wonderful breakfast! Kel & Linlin

Had a fab holiday. Guest house is superb close to all amenities with beautiful views to the sea. Owners are very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Breakfasts are 5 star. Dog friendly. my dogs loved it! Defo go back again and would highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel, fantastic position, very clean, wonderful hosts, and a superb breakfast; what more could you ask for. Went at the beginning of July, and already booked again for September. Love it.

All the reviews were stating a beautiful, clean and modern room- not what I got. I got room 14, right at the back. Was out dated, the carpet was old, durty and just in general nasty. The wardrobe was falling apart and the bathroom was full of mildew.

Highly recommend if you want a place like home! Myself and children was really well looked after by owners, caring, friendly and really welcoming. Rooms was SPOTLESS and breakfast was cooked from fresh, no waiting around. Was very sad to go home as I really loved my stay there and would definitely stay there again at first choice. Traveled and been to many hotels but never come across staff (owners) as caring, sincere and would really go out there way to make things easier and comfortable as they have. Beauitiful genuine people.

3 star B and B, and what a lovely place to stay. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good quality, and the owners are absolutely lovely. Felt welcomed from the second we stepped over the threshold. Our room looked out over Paignton Green and the beach area, and the Pier in the distance. Free parking front and back of the property too.
