Fantastic place to stay, right opposite the kids park and beach, very clean and tidy lovely breakfast. Ian the owner is a pleasure to talk too, nothing is to much trouble for him and only two minutes from town. Highly recommended looking forward to our third return trip.

My wife and I had our Honeymoon here back in 2016, she loves Paignton, was a very nice time, owners made us feel very welcome and even gave us some Champagne to celebrate our wedding, funny story though, the older woman saw my wedding ring but didn't see my wife's, thought I was cheating haha was pretty funny, so my wife showed her ring haha. Place is always clean and pleasant, calm, and homely. Foods excellent, we enjoyed their Breakfast every morning for the week or so that we stayed. Thanks for a pleasant time.

Friendly staff, very reasonable prices. Breakfast is cooked fresh and is lovely. Also the b&b is in a very central location for those who like a few refresments in the evening.

Excellent accomodation with great service from owners Debbie & Ian nothing is too much trouble and you can be assured of a great stay, comfortable rooms well equipped and spotlessly clean and the breakfasts set you up for the day superb with Sealawn you cant go wrong.
