Rushmore Hotel

This hotel is not safe. I arrived back at my hotel after being out all morning to find my Airpods had been stolen. Checking Find My Device I saw they had been in the room and activated 1 hour before I returned. I checked when the cleaner had been in the room and it was the exact same time. The hotel decided they were not responsible and have taken no measures to provide safety for their guests and their property. I get no satisfaction from writing this review except to hopefully save others from staying here and being robbed.

We came to london for a wedding, after asking the reception they arranged a taxi for us. We tought we could arrange something for the way back ourself but everything was booked. So we called the hotel and she arranged our ride back to. Wonderfull service, clean rooms (just a bit small to place your belongings) and on walking distance from the subway. 10/10 would visite again!

Hi, whenever I visit london with my son I always prefer to stay in central london and the best place to stay is Rushmore Hotel, it just gives me a feeling that l am staying in my own home, superb cleanliness, warm staff, always ready to help, elegant rooms and most of all very peaceful environment so I recommend to everyone to stay in Rushmore hotel SW59LS when ever you visit london

Disgusting management who are GREEDY and have no customer service skills at all. Avoid this basic place. Plenty more places in Earls court to stay to a higher standard and cheaper!

The hotel itself was fairly basic and could be quite loud. But, I found the bed to be very comfortable and the location was really good for food places and the Earl's Court tube stop

Mediocre and could be cleaner, but otherwise adequate. Very close to underground. Bit noisy in the room due to creaky floors

Positive points first: Location is superb, staff very friendly, room temp is excellent, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Negative points: room too small especially the shower cabin and toilet, basic facilities, stairs too high with no lift. Summary: the place is ideal if you are looking for cost effective warm accommodation within the centre of London.

Due to the new restrictions in London and the mandatory quarantine we were unable to travel, we spoke to the hotel to cancel for free (as it had only been a few hours since I was able to cancel for free) and they said there was nothing they could do as I had chosen a non-refundable option, I send them the photos where seen that if I had a refundable option and I tell them that it must appear in their system. and their answer is that they don't care if I had the refundable reservation, have passed a few hours and I have to pay.

They try to lie, and that for me is the first sign that they are not interested in their guests or helping. In addition, I also have to pay a call to the hotel of more than 12 minutes in which they do not solve anything, they don't know about the situation, and the new restrictions. By far the most incomprehensible and disgusting hotel I have ever met. Congratulations for the service you provide

You'll never find the perfect Hotel. It's a nice little place with very nice staff, and good prices. I stayed there for a month and I would all over again. Very close to the underground station and many restaurants.

The Rushmore is a fantastic hotel, I stayed here for a night as I had an interview and the staff were brilliant, very helpful and even gave me an iron to use. Not only is the location and value for money excellent. The rooms are also extremely clean, free hot drinks, the receptionists and cleaners are lovely, always greet you with a smile. Next time I am in London I'll be staying at the Rushmore hotel!
