Rowcroft Hotel

Spent 4 lovely days at this perfectly situated guest house! The couple running it have only been there for a week but you would never know! Service was impeccable, our room was really comfortable and spacious and had a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious and was served on time everyday, and the relaxed & friendly atmosphere made it a most enjoyable stay. We would definitely come again! Xx

Lovely location, spacious, clean and comfortable room. We were greeted by Chris and Luke and they made us very welcome. Lovely view of the sea and park from our room. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. Plus free parking so an added bonus.

Lovely place to stay at a decent price. The owners are really friendly and were very attentive. Cracking breakfast, cooked perfectly. The shower was a little low on the pressure side and blew (very) hot & cold. That was a minor negative. Would definitely stay again. 4.5/5

Second time we stayed here, enjoyed it so much we couldn't resist coming back again and we weren't disappointed! Great location, opposite a park and two minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and tidy at a reasonable price and of course there is Chris and his son Luke. They're like a double act, very entertaining but provide a fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. You are made to feel very welcome and the breakfast is second to none, we are already planning our return next year!

This guesthouse run by a father and his son, make a great team who clearly enjoy making their guests feel happy. This really shows in their loyal fan base who return year after year, and who probably regard themselves as good friends. Good attention to cleanliness and reassuring measures in place with regards to coronavirus. Quiet location across the road from Goodrington Park, and about a 15-minute walk to Paignton railway station and esplanade.

We stayed there last week with our dog and had a fantastic time, the breakfast was excellent, it was a 5 min walk to Grange over sands beach. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed for long weekend in place of cancelled hols abroad. Had a wonderful time. Room was spotless, breakfast scrumptious, staff (Chris and Luke) first class, with fantastic sense of humours. Covid 19 regs followed totally. Nothing was too much trouble for them Will definitely visit again. Brilliant

Chris, Helen and Luke made our stay a happy memorable one. The room was ideal for a family of four and breakfasts were really good with excellent choices. Everything is very close by and can't wait to book again for next year

Great location in a superb Victorian house, very friendly hosts, very dog friendly, the room was good, clean and tidy decor with enough room for 2 and dog to move around, very tall people may find the dog friendly rooms a challenge and they are down a flight of stairs. The breakfast room is lovely with a delicious cooked breakfast plus fruit and cereal, and a little bar should you wish for a tipple in the evening. Helen and Chris are so friendly and always willing to help, thanks for the break and we shall definitely return next time in Paignton.
