It's not 4 stars, if it is, we didn't see how. The receptionist at check in was unfriendly, didn't chat despite there being no one else there, no mention of breakfast. The room was ok. It cost 550 for 3 nights and had a comfortable bed and a fridge which was handy. The bath plug was and still is a complete mystery. There's a musty smell throughout the hotel too.

I arrived in the hotel 30 of january 2020 and i left 3 of feb. 2020. The last day a Bag full of all my shopping disappeared from the room, it was stolen. When in the morning i Went out it was near the desk, when in the evening i came back to the hotel it was disappeared. I ask to the staff of the hotel, nobody help me. I ask to contact general. manager or the housekeeper, but the staff answer to me that it was impossibile ( 8 pm).
So i have phone to the police. The police arrived in 20 minutes and i denounced the hotel. I think it's important to be safe in a 4 star hotel, and i think the hotel is responsible of the wellness of the customers. Nobody of the hotel contact me.

I highly recommend the Park international. Beautiful hotel close to the tube. Short tube ride to all attractions! Amazing friendly staff, extremely helpful concierge. Great bar staff. Great food and exquisite tea time. Eco friendly hotel as well. Look forward to returning to London and staying at The Park Intl again

Expensive for what it is. We got Thai dishes since the chef is from Thailand and we were mostly unimpressed. My garlic chicken was good but my wife's curry was weak, lacking in body and flavor. Also it should be noted that prices did not include tax or service charges, which I had assumed. That information was not included on the menu and it seemed like common practice for those to be included.

Hi my name is Veerasith Songthaveephol. My family just had the worst hotel experience in my life at Fraser Suites Queens Gate. My wife's expensive creams were scooped out and taken away by the housekeeper. I. reported the incident to the hotel but no compensation was given. No management team also seems to care. They did nothing to help customer. The management team just asked the cleaning staff and she denied.
It seems that the management does not trust us. They just tell us to call the police. The minimum damage of this incident was at least 500 (would be around (725 full price). We also feel insecure after this issue. My family has travelled almost around the world and this incident has never happened before. And we are truly upset. We decided to stay here as my sister recommended Fraser hospitality, but I will definitely tell everyone not to stay at Fraser Hospitality again after this poor incident. I also recommend everyone to stay away from this irresponsible chain hotel

I emailed Fraser Property regarding this but no reply. I am writing regarding the awfully rude, uncourteous and condescending emails that I received from Fraser Place Melbourne's Reservations Supervisor Andrew Miso BEFORE my stay. I have also forwarded this email to Mr Choe Peng Sum via Facebook Messenger. I haven't even stay in this hotel and I can feel how unwelcome I will be when I arrive. And now I am stuck. I never received such bad service from a hotel, in the hospitality field! The worst treatment from a hotel from its first impression.

Cosy and stylish bar with lounge and dining area within the Park International Hotel, Cromwell Rd, SW7. Have 2 screens for BT Sports but the best viewing is in the lounge area but seating is limited here. The food is Thai/International cuisine. The barbecue chicken wing starters were generous and tasty. I had a delicious king prawn dish but the steak my partner had was unappetising and disappointing. We sent it back and chose another dish. The staff were helpful here and overall, the experience was a pleasant one.

We just returned home from 2 weeks at frasers setiabudi jakarta. Was one of the best experiences ive had in a hotel. Staff where friendly, always smiling and always greeting me and my family. They also took. time to engage with our two children and made sure their stay was also enjoyable. From superviser Dani and the front office team (dijion, fanny, vicky) just to name a few, to waiters in the resturant Astri, Abadi & their trainee Aliah and all the security team (Eko who always smiling and helpful) and last but definitly not least our housekeeper Bayu, who was always attentive, smiling and helped keeo our apartment clean tidy.
There are many more names i want to mention but cant think of them (sorry) as all staff at the setiabudi treated us like family. We certainly are missing ALL their smiling faces.

Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur was the worst experience. The hotel staff does not even bother about the shortcomings and only provide lip service. The breakfast at the hotel is ridiculous - wonder why they even bother. The quality is so bad its inhumane. Internet is so essential in todays day and age and this hotel is living in the last century with. ridiculously slow or non working internet.
The sales team is almost always not present, so while we were ready to pay for an upgrade of MYR 18000/night while this higher category room stays empty - the staff doesn't care about it. I dont think the staff cares to understand that a hotel room is an inventory which expires every night, so least they could do is entertain the guest who is ready to pay for a room which otherwise is unused. 5-6 times we asked reception staff to come back to us, but why would they care.
I have never seen a worse reception staff in terms of responsiveness courtesy or even plain etiquette. I wish someone in the top management rethinks how this property is run.

Had a slight mishap with a waiter tipping a pint of beer over a member of my party - accidents happen! What wasn't acceptable was the terrible attitude of the lady who "apologised to us". Through an incredibly defensive display of asking me to mind my own business when asking if the dry cleaning would be paid for by the bar, I was eventually told that any issues would need to be discussed with the hotel manager (who wasn't working for the next 2 days) and I might get the dry cleaning paid for IF he believed my story! The bar itself is sub-par, OK decor but a bit tacky for my liking. Won't be going back.
