We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of June 2022. We really enjoyed it! The location is great for reaching the city centre. The room we had was facing the inner yard and was very quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely amazing- had great variety of options.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a city break. It had all the things I wanted to find. A comfortable bed, quite room, air-conditioning that worked properly and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. All the staff were delightful, the reception was helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely breakfast was great value, lots of choice with delicious hot section. Location was ideal as it was near to restaurants and also to all the historical sights.

Great location, easy walk to the centre. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars, let on a really quiet street. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good I recommend

The hotel is very close to Marie Therese Square, so we were able to explore the city on foot. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfasts. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff is very friendly and professional. We loved the central location, the rich breakfast and the cleanliness! The best part of this hotel for us was the amazing view from our room, you get a panoramic view off Vienna's skyline. Definitely would recommend it for business travelers and also couples!

The location was perfect - close to some attractions and also really close to public transportation. The area was nice and quiet, but plenty of restaurants and bars on a short walking distance. Super friendly staff. Everything was well maintained and clean. The down side is that the hotel design is a bit old fashioned.

It is a very nice hotel, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was very nice! The location was great (very close to main touristic buildings, and shopping boulevards), the big bus stop for line red and blue was super close (we considered this fantastic). I would come back to this hotel

It's a great hotel for people who want to be in the centre of Vienna with easy access everywhere. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. We have stayed 6 times now and it is always consistent.

Location is great (few nice places nearby and close to museum quarter), friendly staff at reception. Unfortunately I had to rate 4 stars as I found the room and hotel interior quite outdated. The insulation wasn't great too, I could hear neighbours and everything that was happening in the hallways too. Rooms were otherwise clean. If you are driving and looking to park on the street, please note that on street parking in this area is quite limited

An almost perfect hotel where I return with pleasure for the general quality of the stay (friendly staff, diverse breakfast, museum area, subway very close). If the problem of more efficient ventilation of the bathroom could be solved, it would be perfect. But the other positives bring me back to a place where I feel almost at home.

Do not book during COVID. Booked hotel stay in December 2019 for Oktoberfest and cannot go as a result of COVID. Website advertises free cancellation, but won't cancel. Goodwill credit to rebook + 15% surcharge. Insult to injury.

Its clean. There is a bar and free breakfast. The staff is nice. It gets the job done. 3 of us stayed in 1 room for Oktoberfest. The rooms are very small and expensive, but again, its clean and theres a bar and breakfast lol. Thats literally i can to say about it

Recently stayed at K+K for 4 days while on vacation. Pros: Nice hotel for a reasonable price. The staff speaks English well, which is great for those of us with southern accents who butcher the German language when we try to speak it. Extremely close to the Harras station. You can walk out of the door, cross the street, and take the elevator down to catch a ride to the touristy Marienplatz. Cons: Make sure to give yourself check out time.

For some reason they couldn't find the card I had on file in the system, so I had to deal with that while in a hurry to catch the subway to the airport. They blatantly disregard the Do Not Disturb sign. Twice in 3 days they just ignored it.

I loved everything about this hotel from the closeness to the Uban to the room to the service and the staff. The area is also great. I love it. I will stay again when Im back in the city. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself if very quiet and relaxing. Free good quality wifi. I was there on business and travelling alone. I didnt feel alone from the second I checked in. Highly recommend.

Was at this hotel in a group of 3. Great location. Right near multiple Bahn. The people in the front of the hotel were nice and helpful as well. The free breakfast in the morning was stellar as well. Cold cuts, multiple types of meats, some pretty good weisswurst, and several other options including eggs and mushrooms. Not bad at all.

Simple, clean, and modern hotel conveniently located near S-Bahn, U-Bahn and rail station. All the staff we encountered during our 3 night stay were courteous, friendly and professional. Will stay here if I ever come to Munich again.

We stayed here for a few nights. The location is great.there is a train station literally 70 feet away. If traveling is not what you want to do there are stores, restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. We even went to a Hookah Bar a few blocks away. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet. It does not seem like a hotel to bring children so keep that in mind.

I arrived at this hotel after a tiring journey from MUC airport. The woman working at the front desk was delighted to see me and (even though I learned a little German before arriving) I had a conversation with her in English. To my surprise they upgraded me to a better room. I originally booked the smallest cheapest room since I was traveling by myself.

There was some renovation work going on (this was at the end of July 2013), so they felt I would be more comfortable with a room farther away from that renovation work going on. I absolutely loved this hotel and the surrounding area was great. U-Bahn station and S-Bahn station extremely close. Grocery store down the road was the best for breakfast and snacks and staying low budget. Also, if buying drinks from the grocery store, take advantage of bringing back the bottles considering you get 25-50 cents back. McDonalds was on the same street as the hotel, as well as this amazing gelato shop. Plenty to see and do in Munich!

Hotel was clean but meant for business travels and not kid friendly. The doors are small so strollers were tough to navigate and the windows opened completely so a roaming toddle could easily climb on furniture open window and plummet. Clean and efficient. Shower was alright but not luxurious. Breakfast was pricey at 18 euro a person, half price for kids, free for toddlers.

Staff was hit or miss. Morning was great evening was average. Sent us to a restaurant but did not check to see if it was booked. Seven blocks in the Munich cold was a disappointment. Next time we were going to a restaurant I asked the front desk to call and see if it had availability. They acted surprised like "it is not my job". Yes they are not a concierge but held a brother out. I would not stay here again for vacation but a business trip is probably their thing.

It's a nice hotel. It's got all the standard hotel stuff. But I just didn't like the hotel room. it felt much much cheaper than the rest of the hotel. Everything else in this place feels much more high class, and then the room was just a disappointment. It wasn't really large or comfortable, though it was fairly clean. Free wi-fi and breakfast was good, though.

Also a very very seriously tiny garage under the hotel, for E16/night. It should be for compact cars only. Even though my rental car had parking sensors, getting out of this garage was a huge pain!
