The Jumeirah Frankfurt is located in the middle of Frankfurt, directly at the shopping center MyZeil near Frankfurt Hauptwache. The staff is always helpful and friendly and always gives you the feeling that you are an appreciated guest of the hotel. I really like the skyview rooms which literally have a stunning view of the skyline of Frankfurt. The rooms are spacious and have a huge bed with an excellent pillow menu on demand, as well as some kind of command center in the nightstand's drawers where you can control the curtains, light and so on.

The bath is beautiful and can be separated from the rest of the room by wooden sliding doors. Or you can keep it open, take a bath and look out of the windows at the beautiful skyline. If you have to work during your stay, there is a comfortable chair and desk where you can use the very good wireless network connection. And in your free time you can use the huge flat screen which is mounted in the middle of the room and can be rotated so you can e.g. watch from the bed or the bath tub.

The mini bar is included with a one time filling but you receive new water every day. Also, there is a Nespresso machine which was cleaned every day so it always looked like new. As a hotel guest, you can also use the facilities of Fitness First, a gym which offers a huge variety of sports activities. You can access the gym directly on the sixth floor through a connecting door.

And you are provided with water and towels. I was very impressed by their long opening hours which you can look up at the gym's website. The breakfast is very good. Although I have seen bigger buffets, this one has a very good quality in all the produce they offer. Plus, you can always order some egg dishes from the kitchen which are then freshly prepared.

And the coffee is very good, too. I also liked the attentive staff, so I was never in need of craning my neck in order to look for somebody to help me. When I emptied my coffee, for example, I could always rely on somebody asking me if I want another one, in no time. So what's not to like here? In my opinion, the Jumeirah Frankfurt is most definitely among the best hotels you can find in this city. Excellent staff, comfy rooms with a pleasing decor, a convenient gym and a superb location. I cannot ask for more.

Great location for a first time visitor. The room was small by American standards as was the bathroom with its funky layout. Very clean with helpful staff. A short walk to the underground and a nice pub.

We stayed here for one night on Christmas Day. We arrived around 11am and were fortunate enough that our room was ready. The room was very spacious, a nice sized bathroom and strong shower, We were on a high floor with nice view of the city. The hotel is centrally located and connected to a shopping center. It is walking distance to various landmarks.

My favorite part of our stay was the breakfast. The service was excellent and I loved the spread of various bread/meats. My husband ordered the omelette and I ordered the eggs Benedict both were delicious. The one downside was that the gym doesn't open until 10am which seemed strange to me. Overall it was a delightful stay and I would highly recommend it

Where do we begin, absolutely PERFECT location, the staff was even better, Carmen, Simon and a Hungarian gentleman (we can't remember his name sorry) were the most welcoming and absolutely gracious hosts. Every single person working were spectular, who ever is running the hotel, two thumbs up and keep up the great work. They arranged for the taxi to get us and brought him over right on time, their guidance and attention was too knotch.

The amenities, breakfast, the room, everything, five stars, one of the best hotels I've stayed at and loved being surrounded and close to the highest end of stores and neighborhood, what a gem! We thank you all from the Gonzalez family, Patricia, Patricio and Cruz!

Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was a little on the small side, but very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Attached restaurant and bar offered a nice variety of food and drink. Conveniently located a short walk from multiple tube stations.

What a disappointing Hotel. I stayed at Jumeirah London in the past and I really loved it. So I thought it might be outstanding also at the Jumeirah FFM. We thought it's a good place to celebrate the birthday of a friend who came specifically for this from Paris. First we had to wait an epic time to check in. Front desk totally understaffed and we had to wait in line. and even coming already in the later afternoon on top room was not ready.

Usually not a big deal because the hotels i stayed in the past will ask if you would like to have a nice drink while they keep getting your room ready. Here we got offered water or tea. If I choose a 5 star hotel for a weekend i want real drinks since we were not on a yoga retreat trip or waiting for a liver transplant. So drinking tea does not make me happier waiting for my room.

Once we got our room we really enjoyed the outstanding nice top high end rooms. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Awesome and great experience. The staff was super professional and the open show kitchen just fantastic. They have a great wine list and great choice of food. We had the mixed BBQ plate. Just perfect! We checked how long the bar will be open this Saturday and got told that bar will close at 1 am.

We went back earlier to have some cool drinks at 0.15 AM and bar was closed. Okay.they told us we can order via guest service drinks to the room. We ordered simple drinks with in-room guest service at 0.30 and after 30 minutes ww got a call back asking us what we ordered. Finally after one hour we got our drinks. Actually i can't recommend this place for a weekend trip.

Restaurant amd breakfast are fantastic, but overall price is not matching with level of service. Go to roomers or le meridian much better service and customer awareness. Plus weekends they have better rates.

Amazing hotel. Boutique, in the heart of Knightsbridge. From the start to the end our stay was fantastic! From the doormen, reception, breakfast to housekeeping! Everyone was smiling and very profesional! Great service from Velislava and Ralica! Profesional service from Everyone at the front desk! Thank you again for making our city break great!

We stayed here during vacation in early June. The hotel and staff were amazing despite construction behind the building. The location was superb. We only wish we could have stayed longer so we would have enjoyed all of the amazing benefits Jumeirah Lowndes has to offer. We are looking forward to returning here and also visiting Jemeirah hotels elsewhere.

We were with a colleague in Frankfurt for business and stayed in this 5 star hotel (Sept 19-21), hoping that service and room would corespond with the standards of other 5 star hotels. We were gravely mistaken First, we were given a room with only one bed for us to sleep on, which we refused. After an hour long argument with management we were finally given separate rooms for the night.

The next morning, we had business meetings all day and returned in the evening. When we came back, we were forced to pack up our things once more and move into a new room. This took a full hour, and I was in a rush to get to another meeting. At the end of this all, we once again were given a one bed room. At reception, they were surprised with our frustration, as they gave us a FREE upgrade, and now we had a room with a. OFFICE!

We didn't need an office. We needed two separate beds. After two hours, we were finally given a room with two beds, that was not clean, with an old greeting card with someone else name on it. I did not make the meeting. The next day, we went to the bar on the first floor. In an hour, we ran out of there screaming- a giant rat was casually strolling from table to table.

The receptionist - Mohamed Raafat tried to convince us that it was our imagination, however a Swiss man nearby confirmed what we saw. We were told that tomorrow an exterminator would come and take care of the issue, and we were promised two bottles of champagne for our troubles. We left and started packing our things. 5 minuted later we were brought two bottles. of water.

At checkout, we were once again Mohamed told that we imagined everything and there are no rats or mice in the hotel. As they said that, a rat once again strolled out from the bar, showing of its long naked tail.

I'm here for the fast wifi and it's fast. I am writing this because I could not find quick wifi anywhere in Frankfurt or on a google/yelp/foursquare search. It is "good wifi" "fast wifi" "quick wifi" in Frankfurt.

Very nice and luxurious hotel, great professional services, friendly staff. Unfortunately appearance of building from exterior is very ugly and do not math at all with the neighbourhood. Not sure what the architects been thinking off or been on when projected revitalisation of the Knightsbridge area. It's simple block of flat within great location

Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

Really good business hotel. Frankfurt sucks compared to other German cities (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg). There's no point to visit unless on business. That being said I chose to stay here and enjoyed my experience. Good location, 24 hour room service and nice pool and gym. Very well staffed and friendly. There's probably more kid friendly hotels but you should never bring kids to Frankfurt so stay at a good business hotel instead and this is probably one of the better ones.

This is a super modern high rise with emphasis on technology. It is located in the center of the city and is tied to a shopping mall, offering multiple shopping opportunities. The elevators are confusing and failed to operate well, which was frustrating. I was not the only one subjected to the indignation of being forced to return to reception and have my key reprogrammed.

Service was fair and the restaurant for breakfast was exceptional offering very upscale breakfast and a matching elegant environment. My chief issue is that this property has no soul. It is a modern hotel with no worth or charm other than the polite demeanor of the staff. For people that like this style or don't mind it, and like the central location of electronic curtains, this is a good option in Frankfurt. Room amenities are good and housekeeping was fairly responsive despite the fairly large size of the hotel.

I know of this name from the Middle East as they have a number of famous hotels in Dubai and so on. I found a good deal on booking.com and decided to check this out. It was a special occasion and not having stayed in the heart of Frankfurt before, decided to give this place a go. It's a gorgeous hotel and decked out in the opulent style of many posh hotels in the Middle East. Tons of well dressed staff mill about and when we arrived three people came out to meet us and get our luggage and park the car.

Once again at reception many staff greeted us and they spoke multiple languages. They gave us a free upgrade which was a nice gesture and took us to the room. The room was really nice with a big comfy bed and floor to ceiling glass with fabulous views over Frankfurt. The rooms were well appointed with a tablet to interact with the hotel and order things etc.

The real downside here for me was the breakfast we ordered for delivery to the room. It was missing some of what we ordered and had things we did not order at all. They called the room to ask for one specific thing but when the breakfast arrived it was not what we had ordered. The service here is very friendly and you get greeted by tons of people all the time. However, there is a fine line between good service and perfect service, and this place is far from perfection.

When I consider this place in comparison to other top end hotels we have stayed in Germany the coordination seems to be lacking a bit. The location is perfect and right in the heart of the city. I would give the location 5 stars. The lobby bar is great and you can read my review about it on Yelp. All in all a great stay and I would come back here again. A nice luxury hotel in the heart of Frankfurt.

I had the opportunity to stay here for work. This is about as good as it gets for a hotel. Everything was clean, well maintained, modern, but still warm and elegant. Staff is attentive and goes the extra mile. The rooms are gorgeous- full soaker tube, separate glassed in shower, plushy bed, and everything is can be done by button- lights, shades, blinds, maid service etc. You can tell they really thought it out when they designed it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here or at any Jumeirah in the future
