The hotel is well served by a selection of bars and restaurants and is conveniently situated for London's theatres and nightlife. Earls Court Hotel is nice located for a Londontrip in wealthy and pretty Kensington, very near the Earls Court Station. For a visit in London, this Hotel is nice located for a reasonable price compared to other Hotels nearby. Breakfast was free (Toast, Jam, Butter, 1 Egg, Coffe and Orange Juice). Downside: The "Hotel" is absolutely outdated. The Receptionist or Owner (I dont know) gave us first a very run down room downstairs without bathroom and two seperated beds we did not booked.

I dont want to assume anything but it felt like he wanted to scam us. After we showed him our booking he had another room ready (the right one).;) The room was very noisy from the street and you could hear the noighbours fu. We do not recomend any body to stay here.

Booked late night arrival. Reception extremely kind on access for late arrival. Room satisfactory but no hot water for a shower in the morning. Breakfast was diabolical. After asking for a soft boiled egg, waitress brought out an egg that was extremely hard boiled. When I asked about this she merely shrugged her shoulders and would not replace it. Take it or leave it was the attitude. Accept that it was a no option breakfast deal but this was not acceptable.

Had such a great experience at this hotel. The stuff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and a located in super nice area. For 1 person they have all you need. The hot water at the first floor is in the morning sometimes not working, but you can go easily to the ground or second floor. A super plus for the nice breakfast they offer while they actually not mention this when you book. Overal just a good value for the price you pay, especially here in London.

First of all only 1 towel in the room and there is no receptionist in the afternoon evening whatever to ask as the morning receptionist forgot to give the towel. When checked out realised forgot the charger but we already left to Manchester. So called the hotel to see if he could do anything but he was not helpful at all as answer he said I am not going to the postoffice for 2'charger we dont do that.

I mean how do you know its a 2 pound charger. If it ws 2 pound would have bought a new one. Not helpful at all will never come back. Also he just disconnected the call while I was talking. There are many other hotels on the same road I would say try rather a another hotel. I never complain but this man was so not helpful and said I keep the charger come whenever you want or buy a new one. I mean would never even walk past the hotel Byeeeeee.

Pros: Convenient location near the entrance to Earls Court station. Friendly staff. Room was plenty warm enough, which you want at this time of year. Allowed us to check in early. Cons: Shower not the hottest. Breakfast is basic. Overall the hotel suited our needs, we weren't there much as we wanted to be out exploring London most of the day. We just needed a place to change, keep our stuff safe and rest at the end of the day. It did this, and for a reasonable price.

I dont know how they call themselves a hotel. It is a very old building that needs to be renovated before it operates as "hotel". I stayed there sometimes in late June and the weather was really warm with no AC and I asked for fan but they do not have fans. Also, there is no elevator so if you have someone who cant use the stairs, this is not the place for you. What is even more ridiculous is the check out is before 10, I have neve been to a hotel that asked me to check out before 10 am.

A well situated hotel near to tube station, and shops and other amenities within walking distance. The room itself was poorly laid out high level plug sockets, bathroom door not closing. And no towel change the 4 days we where there. Staff friendly and morning breakfast was sufficient, decorating under way and looking good. would consider booking again.

Bed bugs! Was on the first floor. Initially happy with the room and went out for the evening. Came back around 1030 pm and found a bed bug on the pillow. I am in healthcare and can easily recognize bedbugs. The front desk night staff did his best to be helpful but the owner who he called I found to be dismissive and rude. There were no other rooms to switch me to and I had to work hard for a refund which the desk staff ended up getting in cash (very nice of him) so wasn't able to get the money back on my credit card.

So it was then past midnight and I had no where to sleep. Literally every hotel in London less than 300 pounds was booked. I ended up paying over 120 pounds for a taxi, initially to go to another hotel that ended up being booked and then eventually out to the airport (had a flight at 2 pm the next day). The chauffeur driver was delightful and stopped to try and get me a room as well as had his car service call around to hotels.

However to no avail. As a female travelling alone I wasn't comfortable walking around London by myself with my luggage in the middle of the night. All the airport hotels were sold out so sat in a chair all night until I was able to pay to sleep in an airport lounge for 120 pounds. Overall spent around 250 pounds on the worst night ever. Also was appalled when I pointed out the bug the guy just took the whole pillow with the bug and put it out on another carpeted floor outside the room.

These things live in beds and carpets. My luggage was definitely exposed so I had to chuck many things and freeze/heat treat the rest as I don't want bedbugs at home! Not recommended! I realize how common bed bugs can be but it was poorly handled and I was hung out to dry. They could have at least paid for my taxi. Very disappointed.

Clean, cheap. Not elegant by any means but clean and safe for a good price. Very close to the tube. Also, the 1200 check in is great for people arriving early and meeting friends later. Great for a post arrival nap.

The price I found was very good for the area (I wanted to be close to a conference), but I was shocked to find that rooms have no toilet or bathroom in general. For 50 a night in a "4 star hotel" I would have expected a LOT more. In retrospect, I could have found cheaper hostels if I wanted something like this, or I would have been willing to stay farther away from the conference to stay in a real hotel.

Stayed in this hotel after my previously arranged accommodation fell through. I wanted a single room with it's own bathroom, they had none available, but the Lady kindly offered me a triple room for the price of a single for one night. I asked to see the room before paying, just to see if I remotely liked it, at which point she became extremely rude & refused to let my friend look at the room with me, making him stay in reception.

Apart from that, I was delighted with my stay, great price and good rooms, comfy bed & reliable shower. I would recommend this to anyone, now I do not know what the smaller rooms are like, but their price for a triple is still really reasonable for what you get.

Basic hotel around this area. The price was very cheap for this area. The facilities was not very good and the overall customer service was quite normal. If you want a bargain place around this area, this one should be your good choices. Also it was very close to the station and the exhibition centers.
