Henley House

Nice little hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location near restaurants and the tube station. The street was quiet and the big window overlooking the breakfast room and neighbouring backyards was so peaceful. Staying by myself was great, however in the room I was in (21) it was quite small and there was a window into the bathroom with outside blinds that didn't quite close all the way so unless you like to kill the romance maybe don't get a room with this feature. The internet was also pretty weak in the bedroom. However for my trip it was perfect.

I had a broken knee and asked if there was an elevator. There is a tiny elevator which took me to 4th floor but still had steep stairs up to the room. TV volume only worked on one channel which I reported but wasn't fixed. Front Desk helped with luggage. Rooms ok but tiny.

Lovely hotel in the centre of London. I booked a single room at a very interesting price. The room is very small but very well equipped. Breakfast is ok. 2 min from the nearest underground station

To me the most important thing is a good location and a very clean room and bathroom, and this hotel is very clean and neat and is just a minute or 2 from the tube. The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel is small, it has one elevator. Breakfast is included and it was good too. My only complaint it's personal, and it's just regarding the water pressure, I have long hair and it took me forever to wash it since the pressure was very little, other than that it's a good and clean place to stay.

The staff were lovely and the rooms are amazing. It was a pleasure to stay with you. Everything was perfect. The rooms are amazing and there was everything in room that was required. This is a charming little vixtorian hotel across from a large garden, very close to the metro and lots of restaurants. The rooms are TINY! We our knees on the wall when we'd use the toilet! But the staff is lovely and we even had a little balcony to enjoy. Had to take a star because we were awakened early mornings by the smells in the kitchens, and the street below us was extremely loud until almost 4am with folks enjoying the pub on the corner or heading to the metro.

It's not the best place to recover from jetlag, lol. We'd had some trouble with our fight and the hotel was kind enough to change our reservation. They also allowed us to have the room at 7am even though check in wasn't until 2pm. Would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely rooms with lovely lighting features and helpful staff. Good location near Earls Court underground. Would be 5 stars but only offer a continental style breakfast.

A lovely place to stay! I spent 15 days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Perfect location to enjoy the center of London. I'll come back next time

Great little hotel. Convenient access to Earl's Court station and nearby restaurants. They have a nice kitchen nook with fruit juices, dry cereal, toast, bananas, coffee, tea, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and croissants.

Spoke to the hotel in advance about an early AM check in, they said it was ok, arrived to the hotel only for them to tell me they're full, took my money anyway.

The service is terrible and also they stated that the room would be ready for 3pm and it is now half 7 and it's still not ready. no parking near so we can't leave our bags and do something productive while we wait for the rooms stuck for 3 and a half hours

Lovely clean little hotel behind Earls Court Road a few metres walk from all the restaurants and shops. Bus C1 is just located before Paul's bakery which is a direct bus to Victoria coach station. Double bedroom is a little small and shower even smaller with water pressure very low. Breakfast was good but only a small selection of items available in light of covid this is served to you. Friendly hotel around beautiful surroundings. More suited to couples and singles. Overall a good stay and will stay again in the future.

Fantastic price and service! The hotel was nice and clean, and it's in a great location. Plus we had a great view of the green from our room. The staff were very kind and warm, and really looked after us. We will definitely come again!

Stayed here for our 5th Anniversary, for easter 2021 break for 3 nights. I have stayed in a few places in london. For the money this is far the best hotel we have stayed in. At this time during covid, they are minimal staffed so does hamper it slightly, but not their fault. Pure circumstances. Despite this they have a clean, beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated, room 23 with front balcony is great. Has 2 single beds not a double, which is a shame, but manageable. Gorg bathroom, does have coffee/tea facility, mini fridge, toiletries, huge towels, 52 smart tv, iron & board. Built in adapter point for plugging in usb, laptop, soundsystem.

Doesn't work to charge phones if is a speed charge needed. My only criticism is no plugs by bedside tables. There is 1 double plug other side of room to run kettle, lamp, iron, phone chargers, hair straighteners ( does have a hairdryer in bathroom, but 1 speed) the room needs more power points. Breakfast included. Young girl very helpful and quick. Older lady, well. don't bombard her with what you want.

Only seems able to do 1 thing at a time. And not time conscious. Asked for hard boiled egg, toast. There were many hard boiled eggs on side, but sought to do my toast, and got a runny egg 10 mins later! Coordination not a strong point. But eggs was great. She gave hubby one too ( he didn't even ask for an egg). Coffee is not good. Perculator almost cold.

Lovely spacious covid distanced conservatory for breakfast. Check out easy. They even gave us gifts on departure, a shopper bag and VERY bright mini torch. Good, not cheap. We will stay here again definitely. Thank you for a great stay. Hope your other rooms are as nice as room 23. Then you won't disappoint.
