Attentive, friendly and professional. From the day Emma showed us around the hotel for our wedding till the day all the staff were amazing. Emma replied to every neurotic email. Cheryl took me to inspect every detail a few days before. Kristian made my girls feel like vip princesses Amy and Kristian were so bubbly and fun behind the bar. Sarah looked after everything after the wedding.

I could go on and on. Every member of staff was great. No ask was to big. My whole family including myself thought I would be a perfectionist Bridezilla but having Emma from start to finish I knew it was all in hand. She knew how I wanted things before I did and I was probably the calmest bride I have ever known. So thank you all. Cant wait to come back for a carvery. We can't thank you guys enough. I was there for my son's wedding and from the moment I arrived from Ireland they made me feel very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and nothing was to much for any of the staff. They went above and beyond all the time even when I was being a pain . I don't usually name individuals but I have to say the wedding went off without a hitch and Emma had everything under control.

In the bar and restaurant Sarah was brilliant and nothing was a problem for her and all the breakfast staff did a fantastic job. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and I will be back soon.

Staff were lovely, had a suite, which was really nice, evening meal was disappointing but breakfast was well worth the money

Extremely pleasant hotel.polite and courteous staff from check in to check out with fast, efficient service whilst dining at the hotels restauraunt. rooms are very clean and comfortable& come supplied with the usual tea, coffee etc as well as towels and shower gels/shampoo etc. the room i stayed in also came equipped with air conditioning. The prices not just here, but everywhere are creeping up quite fast, but i cannot knock anything off as unfortunately, this seems to be in most facets of both personal & work expenditure in the current climate.

Lovely experience, great food, very reasonably priced, staff all very pleasant and helpful, room was excellent, such a comfortable bed, could not have expected any more.

We had a great stay here! We were at a wedding that was not far away so came to check in about 12pm and the night porter saw us in and was extremely helpful! We had the most "basic" room and it really was perfect for our night stay! Would happily stay again!

I stayed here for two nights in October, 2021. The location of the hotel is good - central to Newmarket; close to gallops, etc. The breakfasts were good. Cost? Bedrooms? I cannot be so positive about them. I am unlikely to want to return here.

Was placed here by housing association after our house flooded so we thought we would feel very out of place but the staff were so friendly and patient we didn't feel like anything other than guests. Food was amazing and prompt (Shout out to the lovely Chris who my boys deemed their favourite server!) Nothing was a bother to anyone and we'd love to stay again under better circumstances!
