We have a good reputation as a quality venue within East Anglia and our location makes us the ideal base for weekend breaks. We are well served by the A14 (two junctions being approximately 5 minutes fronm the hotel) and together with our free parking we are an ideal base for midweek stopovers, residential conferences and meetings. We are a privately owned and operated hotel and as part of Best Western Hotels, you get the best of both worlds. Open to both residential and non-residential guests the hotel offers a very warm and personal welcome to all of its visitors.

I was impressed when I entered my suite, but shocked to find out that not all that glitters is gold. The bath tub is clogged, and hours after you shower in standing tub water, after you try to open the drain in your dirty bath water, you wake up to the dirty water still there. The air conditioning vents say, "Change filter, " but no one changed them. Shocked to know there was no heating, and I slept in 59 degree cold in May, because, "Oh, we turned off our broilers." It is not handicapped accessible because after you drag your suitcase up the ramp, inside the door are more steps to climb.
The parking is a small gravel space, and on and on. Carpet is stained with old spills everywhere. They probably make money during game season, but I will not allow any institution to lodge me here again.

If you're familiar with European hotels you will love this hotel. It's charming, funky, historical and fun. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and as a New Yorker, I give it an A for hipness. What I wasn't so happy about was the fact that it's in a really bad neighborhood, and it's right next to a noisy freeway. A little overpriced for that reason, but otherwise a really nice place.

This is an awesome hidden gem in Pittsburgh. The neighborhood is not the greatest, I would not recommend walking outside. But as soon as you enter the doors, its a beautiful, quaint, very clean and welcoming hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. We loved the front sitting room with the fire and the small bar. The hotel staff were courteous and professional. The morning pick up breakfast was tasty. Worth the stop!

This place is a gem! Everything about it was above and beyond my expectations. An unexpected amenity was the fact that there was a shuttle that delivered us to the PPG Arena for our concert and picked us up when it was over! From the time we entered the door until check-out every staff member was kind and gracious to us. Plenty of parking, delicious breakfast, great location, and reasonably priced. The building is historic and lovely! Love, love, love the Priory!

The priory hotel was incredible. It was my partner and I's anniversary and they had the space so they just automatically upgraded the room and left flowers and a card. Probably the most beautiful flowers I've ever received. Michael specifically was just amazing. He checked us in and served us a drink at Pennsylvania's smallest bar while also manning the front desk and regaled us with wonderful stories and was so attentive. I loved this place. Parking is convenient, inside is stunning, ever little bit of this place was magical and I miss it already.

We stayed at The Priory two nights for a wedding over New years Eve. We had a lovely time with with the venue connected to the hotel, makes for a convenient evening after a reception. The hotel is old, but has a lot of charm. We had a newly renovated room, as they were currently renovating and updating. The rooms all run hot in the winter time, but nothing that an open window doesn't fix.
The beds were decent with flat pillows. Pleasant bathroom. Continental breakfast at the time, because of COVID, was presented in a bag, ordered the night before at the done desk, which worked out well. Breakfast was decent for an included meal (ham cheese croissant sandwich, muffins, yogurt, fruit, beverages). The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, if you need a place near downtown.

Room is nice but bed is rather hard and pillows not very soft either. For the price, not worth it to me. There's no mini fridge, no microwave, TV very small, can't bring in cooler with beer or no outside alcohol. No way to keep drinks cold other than leave in your car which you have to park around the corner from the hotel.
