The food was amazing, brilliant service and great decor. This hotel only has a few staff due to covid, but they were amazingly kind and helpful. The food was served quickly and we could sit in their beautiful lounge afterwards. Overall, 10/10 Update: they have hired (or brought in) a few more staff members, all of which are very helpful, kind and conversational. Amazing!

Had to pop a review on for this place. Please come for Sunday dinner. I was dubious at first because it was quiet. It was 1pm on a Sunday. Prime Sunday dinner time. But it was empty! The dining hall is big and echoey. But the food was amazing! And we were looked after so well! Bread, jugs of water, and delicious food! 23 for 3 courses.

Went there to meet a friend last night, virtually nobody there due to end of lockdown.the 2 staff we met and looked after us were really great, very helpful, chatty and made you feel welcome.you really felt for them how hard it is going to be to come back from this pandemic.food really good despite there just being 2 of us.give them your support they deserve it, good food, nice staff, well looked after.thanks staff
