The Dower House Hotel offers our guests a wonderful choice of bright and spacious bedrooms with views overlooking the stunning grounds and over the first fairway of the Bracken course at the National Golf Centre, the perfect choice for those looking for hotel rooms in Lincolnshire. We have 6 beautiful rooms in the Main House including the luxurious Bracken suite and a further 15 rooms in our Lodge; a short walk through the tranquil gardens from the Main House.Our beautiful Hotchkin Suite, named after the family that built the house in 1905, is on the first floor of the Lodge and is offered to all our Wedding Couples (subject to availability).
Our spacious double rooms are cosy, comfortable and warm with earthy colour schemes and the ideal choice for a business trip, travelling solo or a romantic night away. With comfortable super king-sized beds to sink into at the end of the day and large en-suite bathrooms your stay will be relaxing and refreshing.
Our classic twin rooms here at The Dower House Hotel in Lincolnshire are comfortable, airy and generous in size accommodating up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child with adjacent comfy twin beds for a restful sleep. Our spacious twin rooms are similar to our double rooms and are cosy, comfortable and warm with earthy colour schemes and ideal for a friend's getaway or golfing trip.

Nice hotel and staff. Avoid the Bracken Suite (room 6) if you like to be asleep before midnight, the private dining room is directly under your bed and there is a door just below the room that the smokers use from the bar area, it gets propped open and then you get to join in with their conversation. If you sleep easily, it's a nice room. The grounds are lovely.

We had an intimate wedding ceremony and meal in September 2021 at The Dower House and couldn't recommend it enough. They went over and above to accommodate us, which included on the day adjustments for bad weather. All the staff were attentive and helped add to our perfect day. The meal was delicious, and everyone in our party enjoyed it, and they were able to make amendments for individual requirements (the bride was 6 months pregnant). We felt like the only people in the hotel (even though the hotel was fully booked).

As a wedding Celebrant, this was my first visit to Dower House Hotel. What a beautiful place it is & perfect for couples looking for a quiet, rural setting for their wedding. The outdoor ceremony was held in the lawned garden with a beautiful willow tree embracing an ornate gazebo type structure where our couple signed their certificate. It is fair to say, i fell in love with Dower House and am looking to return soon on a personal level. We chose the Dower House to host our wedding at the end of February. From our 1st visit with Carolyn we felt welcome and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble throughout the build up and the food tasting was amazing. We stayed over the evening before the wedding and the team all took time to introduce themselves. The wedding day was perfect with everything running smoothly and on time thanks to Carolyn, Max and the whole team. The food was amazing and the team made it a day we will never forget. Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The room was great and the evening meal was good. We had a substantial cooked breakfast which was also very good. Well located in Woodhall Spa which is an attractive small town with plenty of interesting shops and cafes. Very good value for money with plenty of car parking and we really enjoyed our stay.
