Fantastic stay, with the most welcoming hosts, Peter and Roela, Lovely rooms and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely outside gazebo area with music, heaters etc etc. Superb.

Excellent location. Very friendly welcome. Peter and Roela are great owners. Food quality and quantity the best. First class packed lunch. The best in Norfolk. Also looked after my car whilst away hiking

Our stay here was just perfect. The hosts were friendly with big hospitality skills. The breakfasts were delicious all the time. Free high speed WiFi. Comfy beds to sleep in. Immaculate clean premice.

Nice single room, great hospitality tray. Adequate shower with complimentary body wash, shampoo and body lotion. 50 for the night, an additional 8.99 for huge full English Breakfast (excellent choice of cereal, fruit juices and yoghurt and large- sliced seeded bread toast with small pots of preserve/Marmite) Roelar is a very friendly hostess and offered fresh milk on arrival. Ample parking to the rear. Short walk into town and riverside.

Great service! We first arrived and the owner came and helped us with our bags, he then advised us for places to go in the local area. The rooms were very clean and stylish a little small but cosy and fresh. The email communication and phone calls were very informative and helpful. I would stay at this bed and breakfast again and I must not forget to mention how amassing the breakfast was with locally sourced meat and fresh produce. It was 80 odd pounds for the night but this was good value but we all like a bargain or a discount where possible; Thank you for our stay and see you again next Year!
