Beadnell Towers

We popped in for a drink while staying in Beadnell. Beautiful decor and very polite and friendly bar staff. However, when we were charged over 21 for a pint and G&T, we were a little shocked at the price. Then while enjoying our expensive drinks and enjoying the ambience, we were asked quiet rudely by who we assumed to be the manager to leave our table as it was reserved, we weren't impressed.

Why did the table not have a reserved sign on it? They also told a group of around 10 people that they needed their table too. They weren't impressed either. Gorgeous, quant little village with a stunning beach, but wouldn't return to Beadnell Towers. I didn't see the rooms, so couldn't comment but I assume they would be nice, as the bar area was nicely decorated. The Craster Arms is much better in terms of service and reasonable prices.

I can't recommend Beadnell Towers enough, it is a must visit! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed a stay in a stunning room with a double copper bath! We had a spectacular meal in the restaurant that night, with a fantastic selection of drinks to choose from! The next morning we then had a beautiful breakfast and had so many options to pick from! The staff were fantastic in every area and we can't wait to go back!

Exceptional service, all the staff were really attentive, friendly and polite. The food was beautiful, and I was served the most tender steak I've had to date, an absolute delight! I came here for "date night" and it was a lovely evening, but there was a great mix of couples and families, including children, and even dogs were welcomed as we saw at least 4 - it certainly had a lovely upmarket feel but without the "stuffy" atmosphere some places can have. We loved the decor also, and the whole ambience of the place. We are glad it was recommended to us and we highly recommend to others too!

Fabulous hotel! Friendly staff, great rooms; very comfortable, quiet and cozy and just a little bit quirky. This is a great place to explore the north east coast from. Evening food was spectacular - well worth the visit for the food alone. You musy try Steve's ginger pudding for dessert - best I've had!

Absolutely fabulous! Accommodation first class, the cottage was so well equipped it was like home from home. The food was delicious. Evening meal and breakfast were both perfection. Staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed every minute.

We stayed for one night last week and had an excellent break. The room was beautifully decorated and the kids loved the bunk beds. The food in the evening and at breakfast was delicious and we loved the way dogs weren't just tolerated but embraced by all the staff - the chef personally brought an extra sausage for our dog!

Popped in randomly on Sunday afternoon on the off chance they had any free tables for lunch. Despite being super busy, the team went out of their way to accommodate, and I am so pleased they did. The food was exceptional, and the service attentive, warm and friendly. Ambience was brilliant too. We shall be definitely be booking an overnight stay really soon to extend our great experience.

My wife and I visited Beadnell Towers last night with our dog. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive, and fussed over our dog, gave him treats and made us feel very welcome. Even though the restaurant was full, we didn't have to wait long for our food. We were served by Tom, who was excellent all night, really friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu!

My wife had the risotto which she said was one of the best she has ever had. I had the stone bass from the specials menu which was cooked to perfection. We had a really lovely night and will definitely be back. I would recommend booking in advance as it was very busy.

Super evening just popped in on off chance we could get some good grub, food was lovely and staff were attentive. A quick pop in turned into a whole evening. friendly and engaging bar staff who make wonderful cocktails

We have just been here as a family of six adults, it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food is outstanding, and we eat in many top restaurants but this Chef excels them all. The rooms are stunning, the staff are so attentive and the atmosphere is stylish and relaxed. I can't thank and praise everyone enough! We will be back next year for sure. The hotel is gorgeous and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The evening meal was delicious and the staff were all so professional and friendly. We will definitely return.

This hotel really lives up to its standards and expectations. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. We stayed in the Hyem room and although we wanted to stay in one of the superior rooms this room did not disappoint. They had a fantastic evening menu and we had the ribeye steak and half lobster which were both stunning (especially with parmesan truffle fries!).

The breakfast was equally impressive we had fresh local kippers and a full English. Overall a fantastic night away in this gem of a hotel, we will definitely be returning! Richard & Leanne
