We stayed here for a night and had a great view from our room. The room was wonderful and the staff were helpful. Highly recommend.

Some of the staff were friendly, arrived @ 5 was told i could not get into my room until 630, and when i said i would eat and wait was told there was now room in the restaurant. Would not recommend

Rang to see if they had space for dinner. Before I could even finish my sentence I was stopped and told no space sorry and phone out down. Good luck with this place.

No ventiliation in the room however the shower was one of the best I had in Scotland with amazing water pressure. They let us check in a little later and the room was quite nice. All in all no arguments with the price we paid. Breakfast was also a steal at just 7.50.

Stopped here for lunch only! Was a special event. Soup and sandwiches! Great food! High in price but it was a last minute Sunday plan!

I had a bad experience. I booked 4 rooms for 6 people. I talked to the hotel 2 times, asking: 4 rooms with a double bed (message that the hotel itself asked me and confirm), I arrived at the hotel and one of the rooms had a single bed. Another message was to book the dinner at 7pm, I arrived at the hotel and my reservation had been ignored. Even more, the general manager, Mr. Juan, said that we had to choose the food right there at the reception.

I don't know why, because dinner was scheduled for 8pm and we only ate at 8:40pm. I asked for the bar bill to be split between the rooms a few times, with Mr. Juan confirming that he was separating everything, to receive only one bill on departure. Not to mention the lack of sympathy that Mr. Juan attended to us on arrival, it felt like he was doing us a favor.

In short, a hotel is not good only for its structure, but for the people who work there. This service at the hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, I don't recommend it

Staff had no idea of how to serve food. Dishes served at different times to our diners and removed while others were still eating. Staff need to be educated

The perfect location for exploring Eilean Donan Castle, Kyle of Lochalsh, Torridon Peninsula. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing. We arrived earlier than expected and couldn't check in until the rooms had been deep cleaned but we were given complimentary drinks while we waited. The dinner menu was limited and expensive but the breakfast was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and the service from the staff was excellent.

Lovely and charming hotel. The views are stunning and the staff are helpful, friendly and polite. Would easily go back again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Despite it having a wee bit work done on it. The staff were great, room was very comfy. Location was great for easy access to Skye
