I went here for a back, neck and shoulder massage while on honeymoon and the staff were all very lovely. Unfortunately due to a previous and recent injury, I was unable to have the massage completed, but the staff were amazing and gave me a voucher to use again when I am better. I fully intend to go back when I can to enjoy the facilities to their fullest as the restaurant menu sounded lovely too and the grounds looked amazing to walk around.

We visited Losehill House for the morning spa package, which included use of the pool facilities, a treatment, a hot drink and a two course lunch in the restaurant. I am happy to say that the experience was great, especially the lunch which we were very impressed with! The pool is very small, but access seemed to be managed well to limit numbers using the facility and we had it to ourselves for half of our allotted slot.
The outdoor hot tub was comfy and warm. The steam room was very small, but a great level of steam and nicely scented. The changing rooms were small making it difficult to accommodate more than 2 people which there were at change over times. The building itself is very beautifully and traditionally decorated with a lovely outlook over to the fields and hills.
Our spa treatments were great and very relaxing. Lunch was delicious, meticulously presented and served professionally. We would love to visit again for their midweek lunch. All in all a good value experience that was thoroughly enjoyed.

Truly exquisite hotel. Character, class, ambiance. Warm friendly staff. Guest focused. Excellent spa. HOT sauna, Stoke it up, gets baking to a European standard, the best. Lovely pool, hot tub and steam room. Real Derbyshire hospitality from lovely people. Peaceful, quiet. The Peak District is my favourite U.K. location. I would come up every 2 months from London just for 1 night to recharge and stay here Great food!
Everyone is different but you can take this as gospel as I'm particular regarding food and considered a connoisseur. you're extremely lucky if you manage to reside here for even a night. One of the best U.K. hotels I've stayed at. Thank you for helping me to recover from London city life. Enjoy, my fellow travellers.

We had booked a Christmas lunch for the 24th December in August. We rang up today at 10am to confirm the time of our booking as it had been so long since we originally booked. The hotel confirmed our time for 1pm. As we were driving to our lunch, which takes an hour as we live a good distance away, we got a phone call 45 minutes before our time stating that the kitchen was understaffed and, as a result, they would not be offering Christmas lunch that day.
To say we are disappointed is a gross understatement, especially since we had our booking confirmed that morning. I find it very hard to believe that staff shortages (despite the current climate) weren't known about by 10am when my booking was originally confirmed by the hotel. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable to let people know with such short notice.

Beautiful location, very comfortable rooms, stylish lounge bar, with a great chef and a relaxed dining room. Staff make you very welcome. Super alert to sanitising rooms after each stay, which produces a very powerful spray. So best to leave the room for a while after such an admirable safety measure. Good excuse for a drink in the bar anyway.

We had a fantastic stay, friendly and polite staff, very attentive throughout! Rooms were very clean and to a good standard apart from the ironing board. Food and drink was excellent. I would give 5 star but the spa bit let it down, not very luxurious, jacuzzi was excellent with the view but the steam room and sauna was disappointing. Thank you for the great hospitality tho, my wife loved it, we will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Losehill House and Hotel for our babymoon in beautiful surroundings inside and out. Room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Food was amazing, with great selection. The spa and pool area was clean and not too busy thanks to the well organised booking system. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and we felt very well looked after. Thanks so much!

Great place for a totally relaxing overnight break or a few days away. We booked an offer which included use of the spa facilities as well as 3 course dinner and full breakfast. Dinner was excellent. The house has lovely grounds where you can sit and relax and the hot tub looks onto open countryside which is a pretty nice way to spend a bit of time.

Start to treat staff fairly. Pass on customer tips, Pay a decent rate of pay, decent working conditions, fair play a locating shifts so all pot washers do their fair share of late nights, the proprietor Paul Roden stops burying his head in the sand and starts to sort staff issues out and stops being so rude.
