Myself and a friend stayed here for the night and wasn't the greatest experience. A very awkward and weird welcome from the host accompanied by beds that had mattresses that were harder than sleeping on solid rock, one pillow as well? Room had a TV so not complaining about that. In fairness it has everything you need, location is nice but for 85 is a bit steep.

It was a nice location next to park. Car parking was convenient. The WiFi worked well. The host, Paul, was pleasant enough. However, Room 6 was very small. The view out of the window was the fire escape, which was rather ugly. The double bed was a little small. The one office-style chair in the room meant we had nowhere to sit if we were just chilling.
There's a big lounge with a TV, which would have been useful except that there is a drinks chiller cabinet in the corner that it too loud to listen to the TV. Unsurprisingly, no one uses the lounge. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. Poached eggs were very good. All the ingredients for breakfast seem to be the cheapest possible from the cash-and-carry.
I would not recommend booking the breakfast. Go to a cafe instead! If all you need is a bed for the night, this place is as good as any. But it is not a base for a holiday. The en suite bathroom was awful. Tiny, pokey little box. Mirror not above the sink. No shaving socket. No ventilation. Maybe the larger rooms are more comfortable. Avoid Room 6! It should be a store cupboard not a bedroom.
