Absolutely love the place, one of the things that I miss about Edinburgh is here. So sorry that now is not open for short stay. Hope in the future can still see you in the bookings.

Fountain Court Apartments provided a fantastic filming venue for our professional video shoot with Edinburgh film and events company Speakeasy. Matthew Shaw in sales was super-helpful throughout the process and made sure we had everything we needed. The 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment was spotless and large enough for us to film with four crew and one actor. Derek and the front of house team also helped us arrange parking in for four cars in Fountain Court's secure car park.

The location near shops and the picturesque eastern end of the Union Canal was a perfect solution for our filming needs. Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks so much Matt, Derek, Kyle, Marie and the other Fountain Court Apartments team - you rock!

Good price, comfortable beds, good living space and facilities, however the showers weren't amazing. One bathroom door didn't lock and one housemate claimed the temperature was iffy, though mine was fine.

Great place . After a long day touring the magnificence places in Edinburgh this is the best retreat to come back to and unwind. Superb facilities. From full fledged kitchen utensils and crockery for cooking to comfy beds and pillows and all the spaces available for 3 person this is a real holiday home that anyone could ask for. Location is also strategic.

Easy mobility. This is a self service accommodation therefore daily cleaning aren't available. But you could get the receptionist to assist with your needs of towels etc. We are happy customers. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us

It was okay. Tried heating up something in the microwave only to find it doesn't work as it should. Ended up heating said item in the toaster on defrost. The beds are passable the the pillows are flat; had to stack them up to feel comfortable. Otherwise we had very friendly staff and good location in Edinburgh as well!

Fantastic hotel apartments. Excellent condition, modern furnishings, all the mod-cons. Staff at Reception very friendly and helpful. 24hour service Apartment was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable. Convenient location close to Haymarket train and tram station. Highly recommend. Lovely local restaurants. Spoilt for choice.

Fantastic apartments! Great security; fantastic proximity to the royal mile. We stayed for a few days here. When we ran out of toilet paper, they were quick to bring us some. Beautiful and well-kept.

The apartment was clean, well lit and did have the home from home feel. The kitchen was well equipped and included a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher (along with tablets for both). The bathroom was bright and included shampoo and soaps with an abundance of fresh towels. Wardrobe and storage space was plentiful although there were no chest of drawers in the building.

Of disappointment were the curtains in each of the bedrooms that did not close fully and the bed linen on the double bed that did not fit properly. Minor inconveniences, but marred what would have been a perfect experience. I would thoroughly recommend the facilities as they offer a genuine retreat to get away from the hustle of the city.

Great place to stay. Nicely located with easy access to the city. Apartments are great, spacious and the staff are very helpful. Front desk is 24 hours and very useful to have. Comes with parking as well but there's an extra cost. Will definitely be staying again. Fairly modern flats and very clean, if with family or business serves the purpose! you won't be disappointed. You get more for what you pay for!
