At Beaumont House we are fortunate to be able to offer three ground floor rooms; one Standard Triple Ensuite (shower) Rooms, one standard Twin/Double Ensuite (shower) Room, one Superior Double (6' Superking Sleigh Bed) Ensuite (walk in shower) Room. On the first floor we have our Small Standard 4'6 double bedded ensuite room with mahogany headboard and furniture with an en-suite bathroom.
These prices are our guidelines, please call us on 015394 47075 for the best possible rate. Please note: All prices quoted are per room per night and include VAT at the current rate. Breakfast is available at 12.50 - see Breakfast Menu. In common with most accommodation providers our room pricing varies according to room type and season.
The following terms and conditions apply to your booking and they form the terms of your contract with Beaumont House. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Any disputes that may arise will be governed by the non-exclusive law of the English Courts. A binding contract between you and/or your party leader and Beaumont House comes into existence upon confirmation of reservation. English Law will apply to our agreement and to any dispute or claim which arises between us out of it.
For the benefit of guests at Beaumont House a sample book of menus, which is constantly updated by recommendations from 'satisfied' diners, is available in the Guest Lounge. So why not relax and choose from the list of culinary excellence the area has to offer. It is always advisable to reserve a table for most Friday and Saturday evenings and over the Bank Holiday periods - we are happy to make table reservations for you if required. From the first moment we stepped in we were welcomed like we were old friends! Utmost professionalism from Simona and Dorin, who are working hard to create a friendly, yet professional house with service you would expect from the Ritz Carlton, at a very reasonable price! Breakfast is superb, amazing selection of fresh food and the cooked offering is ample! We've found our new favourite get-away with people we now consider friends.

Stayed for a weekend break with my partner and we couldn't have chosen a better guest house. It is located less than a five minute walk to the main Street in Windermere, great for restaurants and pubs. The room that we stayed in, room 12, was on the top floor and had everything that you would need, large shower, king sized bed, velux window and a good view across the town.
The staff are very friendly and warming, they made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room and explained where everything was in the house. There is a downstairs lounge with an honesty bar, the prices are very fair, better than the local bars if you fancied a night in the guest house. Couldn't fault our stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. Denise our host was so helpful and really lovely, she always had time for a chat or a bit of advice on where to visit. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with anything you could want for breakfast at your fingertips. We made some lovely friends and will definitely be back again. I would recommend this guest house to everyone

Thank you to Beaumont House for accommodating us at short notice. We had a lovely comfortable relaxed stay. Room and shower were great. Lovely guest house very spacious. The breakfast and service from staff is impeccable. Denise was. is a lovely lady and helpful for any information on the surrounding area.eating out etc. We would recommend staying here anytime.
