Brilliant apartment, brilliant price & brilliant service from the gentleman who sorted everything out for us.?I had initially tried to book the rooming via booking.com but due to issues with the site my payment would not finalise, i contacted comfort zone directly and he honoured the price and upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment with an extra guest at no extra cost! Couldn't ask for better service it was spot on - will be coming again!

As a student living over the road from this location. It's perfect for visiting family to stay in. Apartments were of a very good standard and its affordable. The gentleman who checked my sisters in was informative and full of information. As someone who loves history of businesses and hospitality I asked questions upon there establishment and he was quick and friendly to inform. Absolutely amazing.

Upon first arrival there were no issues we were given parking and keys without a problem, the issues started to unfold as we entered the apartment. It was dirty and run down nothing like the pictures! i refuse to believe this apartment was thoroughly cleaned if cleaned at all before our stay, with finding hairs in the shower and an unclean toilet bowl.
The cushions on the bed were stained and marks all over the walls. We had booked this for a friends birthday so was a great disappointment to see the state of the apartment. We emailed and requested a balcony due to one of the guests health issues and were faced with a door that was duct taped up so non access which caused her severe stress, and quite frankly another eye sore to add to the place.
Our issues mainly began when we returned in the early hours upon returning from our night out, we received a phone call of the receptionist insinuating we had more people than we were supposed too, seconds after this phone call he was in our apartment, this was a very uncomfortable situation as we had just gotten in and were getting undressed from our night, poor behavior considering we are a group of young girls returning from a night of drinking and left us all feeling extremely uncomfortable with the events that had taken place, we then did not feel safe for the remainder of our stay causing an extremely disturbed sleep i believe this matter needs looking into urgently!
Then finally the straw that broke the camels back was finding out one week later our 200 deposit had not been returned and that they were in fact keeping it with no reasoning and explanation. I am still waiting to hear back from Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments regarding this matter, and will more than likely have to follow this up through the bank and it is appalling to scam anyone out of money.
I would also like to add that it states the reception is closed over night and we were given a number to phone should we face any issues during the out of hours time, it was very strange to find the receptionist sat waiting in the lobby it is as though he was waiting for things he could catch people out on to grab himself another 200. i would not recommend staying here although the location is great

The receptionist was really good and went out of his way to book me and my husband for one night. The apartment itself was clean no issues however the bed was awful. the pillows were flat and The mattress was really hard. The duvet was really thin and not cosy at all. We barely slept and had to drive 2 and half hours back home with 3 hour sleep. Our bodies were aching for Most of the next day. Unfortunately I would not recommend or go back again unless the situation with the beds changed otherwise there's no problem overall.

I have stayed at Comfort Zone in different apartments, while on a business trip. I found the flat in the Parkside building to be much more quiet and nice. In general the flats are modern, spacious and well equipped with good showers and kitchen appliances. Location is also a plus, just off the Mailbox; 10 minutes walk from New Street Station and 20 min walk from the Bull Ring. And the staff is very helpful. On the negative side, there is room to improve on the cleanliness.
