Rooms were clean and tidy, Tisha was great. However some improvements required. Room 105, TV needs fixing and a remote. Plug needs fixing in sink. Hotel is very noisy due to being located next to a busy road. Zero sleep on second night due to partying guests in next room, talking and smoking until 5 am. 5 - 8 more noise as guests got to know each other better Room was booked through Opodo I was then informed they were double booked and phoned hotel who confirmed I had a booking.

Lovely staff (apart from the manager Keith) hotel is very grimey and dirty. Working with keith the manager has been an absolute nightmare. Refused to pay actual hours I worked and will be taking him to court. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN. Especially young people he tends to like to try and be quite intimidating so he doesn't have to pay the full amount.

This place is the worst hotel to stay it is like a bed and breakfast the rooms are decaying and needs to redecorate the owner watches your every move through his window so there is no privacy. Do not stay here the shower is broken it constantly gets cold so you cannot have a proper shower without adjusting the mixer and only a drip of water per second. The staff also tell lies on you. The entire business is run down. This is not prince hotel it is pauper hotel, beggers cant be chooses.

The staff are really friendly and helpful but this place I would only recommend this place if you're just after a bed (hence why it's a cheap place to stay). It reminds me a lot of a share house in London with individual rooms and share bathroom facilities. The shower didn't work too well for me, it would be extremely hot and then after a minute went cold. I had to do this three times. The bed was comfy and it wasn't too noisy. It's a simple bus ride from the city centre which takes about 20 minutes.
