We are staying here for a week, as a base to explore the gower, mumbles and worms head. This hotel is excellent. Such great value for money. We love the relaxed atmosphere. Very good rooms. The breakfasts offer continental and cooked options. Mix and match. A great start to the day. We loved the spa facilities and used the pool, jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms every evening.
Huge car parking area. No problem parking whatsoever. On our last evening we are going to one of their special events nights. The Jersey Boys show and meal. Cannot fault the towers Hotel and Spa.the staff are so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here a few months back I absolutely loved it. breakfast was cooked perfect every time. late night meal was a bit expensive but you know that as standard these days. pool was also facilitated lovely and clean all around the hotel. plenty of parking and peaceful location. pool and spa facilities were top notch and just overall amazing. reception staff were also friendly and very helpful

First things first, the staff were amazing. Every person we spoke to or encountered was super friendly and welcoming - 5 stars for that. One star lost for the room. It was noisy - every door and handle squeaked, creaked and / or banged. Also, there were no hooks or hangers - a small thing but after my (good) shower, or after washing my hands, where can I keep my towel?
The pool was nice, the breakfast was ok (although probably better as a serve yourself buffet - hopefully it will go back to that), we ate in the restaurant one night and it was fine, it was easy to get to from the motorway and Swansea was a short distance away. I'd stay again

Stayed in the Towers for one night to see a Freddie Mercury tribute. Could not fault the stay! The check in was smooth, the room was spotless on arrival. We had lunch in the bar which was very tasty and superb portions and breakfast the next morning. Nothing was too much hassle for the staff, always very helpful and approachable. Amazing value for money, will definitely be back! Thanks all.

We had the 70 spa day with one treatment and were lucky to get in only booking the day before! We had all day use of the jacuzzi, heated pool, steam and sauna rooms. We opted for the back, neck and shoulder massage very distressing. We were given lunch in the chill out lounge and relaxed the rest of the day around the pool on the loungers. Perfect day We will definitely be back

Spa and chosen treatment were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the usual buffet lunch is not available. The replacement lunch is way below the standard of the buffet. So we were very disappointed. The cost of a spa day is now 70. With this lunch I no longer feel this is good value.

Had a lovely spa day at the Towers Hotel yesterday - we had access to the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym facilities, a 25-minute treatment, a yummy lunch and unlimited tea and coffee. Good value and a lovely, firm massage. Some of the decor was a bit tatty and needs updating (chairs in the chill out room, chipped.plates etc.) However, I would definitely recommend the spa day package and will be back!

Lovely place, staff very professional and personable. Food excellent, a very large portion I ate half of my roast dinner. Rooms a bit tired, but all there. Comfy large bed. Upgrade would be good eg TV old, remote falling apart. I don't think you can polish away patina. Spa a treat. Lovely place to stop over. I wonder if there are any return deals as slightly expensive for my budget. Would recommend if you want a treat.

We went to see olly mums tribute in the towers last night as George michael was cancelled and I must say what a brilliant night, the singer was brilliant and so was the comedian and all the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them they went above and beyond for us.would definitely recommend we will be back xx

What a place for a hen weekend. As not all of the hen party girls knew each other, I decided to arrange a weekend where the girls could get to know everyone in a relaxed setting. The spa treatments were booked and the pool/jacuzzi sessions sorted and it was fantastic. The spa team, Julie and Laura, were superb and made sure everyone had a great time.
The evening meals were delicious and such huge portions. Great value for money, great atmosphere and so easy to get to, with all 18 girls having thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would definitely go again and I highly recommend them.

First visit after pandemic restrictions lifted. Used to go 2 or 3 times a year for Tribute Nights. We saw a Rod Stewart tribute. He had crowd on their feet and was a real character. Slightly disappointed with the food, served to the table due to some restrictions still in force. We were given a free room upgrade above the pool and as we had booked a swimming slot it was very convenient. We're seeing a Tom Jones tribute in December. Can't wait.

We stayed in the Towers Hotel and Spa Apartments! We were blown away with the facilities in the apartment and at the hotel. The apartment was so spacious with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room. Ideal for a family of 5 to 6 members. The place was so clean tidy and use of garden and drive space was great! The pool and breakfast again was brilliant.all staff were polite and super helpful. Highly recommended!

The towers has a new lovely outdoor dining/drinks area, we didn't use it today as it was a little bit chilly. But we will be definitely be going back to have a few drinks in the sunshine. We had the lunchtime menu, Excellent value and the food was amazing. I do think the soft drinks are over priced. but the lunchtime menu prices are reasonable.so I shouldn't grumble. The staff were very polite, welcoming and friendly.
