It's a solid option for a relaxed weekend in Spa and the surrounding area. The hotel has rooms above the main building and in a separate building across the parking lot. The restaurant serves decent meals and the restaurant is reasonably priced and good food. Others have complained about their children not having access to the pool and spa, but for everyone else it's essential to relax.

We came to the Radisson Blu Balmoral in Spa with two kids under 3 years for them to play and enjoy the swimming pool. We were informed by the hotel staff during the check-in that children are not allowed to enter the pool from 9am to 6pm. Despite my efforts to find a solution for my problem the staff showed an impressive mind-squared mentality stick to their "rules", which by the way are not showed anywhere, not in the booking, nor the website, no mention about this rule at all. Will update by check-out hopefully with no more negative feedback.

Nice hotel but with dated rooms. Toilet wasn't clean on arrival. Tiny parking so had to park on the sidewalk of adjacent street. Breakfast was ok (but with items like bacon not available for 45 minutes) and although staff was numerous plates weren't taken away at all and staff was standing around staring. Would not go back.

Not very family friendly. Only after we had paid for our room were we told that we could not use the pool between 9am and 6pm as we had a 9 month old with us (even though it was Sunday and the Wellness Center closed at 4pm), something that we should have been informed of as we were booking as the pool was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed. Had outside access to a wee terrace, but no outdoor furniture. Staff were not very accommodating, found some of them to even be on the rude side. The bartender was amazing, very friendly.
