Delightful hotel well located for sightseeing in the Cotswolds. We stayed in the stables, that were incredibly comfortable. The ambience in the bar area was just right, and the food was delicious! The staff were all very friendly, and went out of their way to provide us with recommendations on what sights to experience in the locality.

We attended a wedding on Thursday and what a wonderful venue. Our room was spacious, the coffee machine an added bonus. Superb bed, with quality linen. The wedding room was a delight; food was superb; best ever wedding food and breakfast today was a delight!

Visited The Frogmill as a potential venue for event. We were welcomed and despite turning up without an appointment, the staff were extremely helpful and were happy to show us around and discuss our needs. The venue is beautiful and is a contender.

We stayed a couple of nights here whilst attending a wedding nearby and I must say I was impressed. The food on Sunday night was excellent, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was perhaps a bit limited on continental choice, but the hot food was well cooked and tasty. All staff very friendly.

The setting is amazing - it's a bit of a Tardis, with lots of areas to eat it. The food was good, but I think I made a bit of a dull choice on the dessert, which might have affected my overall opinion.

Booked for dinner and was not disappointed. The staff, service, food and drinks were all excellent. The lamb was cooked perfectly. The fish (from fish and chips) was fresh and in a very light batter. The wagyu burger juicy and flavourful and puddings were very good too. Lovely touch that the boss came over to have a chat, really friendly guy. Can't fault it, will certainly return.

Good place. We went here to attend a wedding. Our deluxe room was very big and suitable for us, 2 adults and children. Helpful, kind staff. Picturesque setting. Short, easy drive to central Cheltenham. There was no fridge in the room which was surprising and would have been handy. Also the door opened easily from the inside. A latch to make it more childproof would have been appreciated. USB sockets on the plugs would have been appreciated. The hotel has a spacious site. A swing and slide for the children would be a good addition. If these small changes were made I would give it 5 stars and come back.

We booked a signature room for my boyfriends 21st. The team upgraded us to the suite as it was a special occasion and it was beautiful. The snug room was lovely to spend some time in and have a drink. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a meal in the evening which was very tasty, the cocktails were good too! Breakfast that comes included was great with fresh fruit and lots of choice. Our one night stay was made very special, we would highly recommend this stay to other couples! Thank you!

The food was truly awful on our visit July 09. The restaurant manager even admitted the tuna was out of a tin. The tasteless, factory made, thai fishcakes came without the promised chilli sauce, the pork belly was tough as boot leather, the 'seasonal' veg included the ubiquitous babycorn from thailand. The bill included drinks we didn't have. We complained at every stage, but still got charged for everything except the tinned tuna. This wasn't teething problems - this was incompetence. Avoid like the plague.

Was a really great pub and hotel but has now shut down :- Hopefully someone will take it over again. Has a lovely water wheel out front and used to be the place where the Cotswold hunt would start from. Careful about banging your head if you are tall
