Spotlessly clean hotel and super friendly. Location is perfect as it's right in the heart of this beautiful town. Some people may find the rooms are small but for us it was just fine. Had everything we needed. Good breakfast and if you visit you really must try the in house Italian restaurant as it is just fabulous. Booking is essential. We will definitely be back

Lovely hotel, very friendly, hardworking staff. The Italian restaurant on site was superb. Very generous portions and essential to book. We were in room 20, set up as a twin, not massive but ample. Lovely bathroom. Pillows for me were a little lumpy but otherwise very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Staff fantastic always very friendly and ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent. Couldn't fault anything. Our room had everything we needed and was spotless. Lovely large soft white towels in bathroom as well. Location was great for Bourton on the Water. So close to the centre and parking on site as well. Will definitely return.
