3 stars is what they deserve but 1 star for disinterested and rude receptionist. Cleaner opened the door with the duplicate without even knocking while me and my wife were inside.

Not for anyone with any kind of disability. Had to haul luggage up 4 floors. If you book, be certain to ask about location of the room. Room was very basic. No drinking water offered. Bathroom was minuscule. Towel provided but no washcloth. No shampoo.

Wooden floors made it noisy with shoes. Was gona Mark down for no blinds then spotted them tucked into the velux windows in the morning. Doh

Great value for the price. Big room, functional bathroom. Nicely located, not in the very center but like 10 minutes walk. Friendly staff!

Found this lovely hotel at the last minute. Wasn't expecting much of a room for 39 but I was very surprised upon arrival. Lovely clean room, a decent bed (a little too hard for me but perfect for my partner). Quite area just of the main road, Staff are very friendly & couldn't do enough for you especially Muhammed, he advised us the best place to get some food & his recommendation was spot on. We stay again when in Glasgow

Pretty good value for money. Helpful friendly desk staff. Very quaint building. Kind of hard to access as it's on steep hills and the main approach is barricaded off.

Our superior double room was comfortable and clean. Large shower room with powerful shower. Tea / coffee provided. Super comfy bed. Only strange thing we found was that they don't supply shower soap or shampoo.

Cannot complain, less than 200 for 2 of us for 3 nights. Very clean, spacious rooms. They are basic but have everything you could need. Beds are super comfy, showers are hot and powerful. Staff are really nice, kind and inviting. Will come again.
