The Kelvingrove Hotel was an amazing stay. The room was cozy and well. The bed was a bit firm for my preference though. The staff was attentive and super friendly. Joe who was the head of house for most of our stay went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and had all we needed. We love our Joe. Liz was very friendly as well. If you're traveling by plane to Glasgow, the 77 bus line 77 will stop within 100 yards of the hotel, so depending on the time of your arrival you can avoid the taxis and see the beautiful sites for just under 5. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Glasgow!

Liz, Joe, and the rest of the Kelvingrove troupe were so hospitable and helpful. I ended up changing my sightseeing plans based on Liz's recommendations, which led to a wonderful day! As a solo traveler, this hotel was perfect for my needs - quiet, friendly, within easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable. The hotel is close to everything without feeling overly busy and loud. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the city!

Very nice hotel with great spacious beds. Wasn't keen on our lower ground room and couldn't get any hot water the next morning ( not sure but it might just have been down to other people showering around the same time). One minor observation, metal pedal bin in bathroom needs upgrading as was rusty. Other than that was central to everything we needed and would definitely return.
