Such a beautiful place. Staff were so accommodating, helpful and attentive. I arrived late, they carried our bags to the room and kept the bar open so we could have some drinks. Even booked us breakfast, which is cooked to perfection. (Good choice of continental also) The room is the biggest I've stayed in. It's clean, great facilities, beautiful views and the complimentary gifts are the icing on the cake. There was a wedding party staying the same night and I never heard a sound. Wish I was able to stay longer. *Google sends you down the wrong turn. It's the one after*

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Staff are super friendly. It's was a lovely day when we arrived. We sat in the garden with a glass of wine. So relaxing. The meal was gorgeous. Breakfast was so perfectly cooked and yummy. The only downside that for me the bed was hard which puts me in a great quandary because I sooooooo want to come back. If you like a hard bed then you will definitely not be disappointed. We chose the superior room. It was very spacious and had a bath.

Lovely country house hotel. The place has lots of period features in the public rooms, but the bedrooms are modern: all en suite, spacious, very clean, and comfortable bed. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast is good, with cooked options available for an additional charge. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, both of which sell good, reasonably priced food.
This hotel is in a great location, nestled at the foot of the Campsie Fells but just a twenty minute drive from Glasgow city center. There is also a regular bus service into the city that stops nearby. The Kincaid offers travelers comfort, convenience, and excellent value for money. I will be back!

Stayed for one night whilst visiting relatives. Since our last stay rooms have been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. However, we were disappointed with the evening meal. Prawn cocktail starter was lovely but salmon in main course was very dry and inedible. Chicken meals were mediocre. This was mentioned to the waiter who cleared our table but not followed up.
To add to our disappointment it was the first time our relatives had eaten out in more than a year due to covid and they'd been really looking forward to it. So, a big let down for all of us in that respect. The last time we stayed here the food was excellent.
