Stirrups Country House Hotel

We booked a cabana for a lunch, all I can say is stirrups have got everything spot on. Let's start with the welcome and seating very welcoming, the seating outside is the best I've ever sat in ( I suffer with a bad back ) it's soo comfortable as the ladies said its like sitting in your own garden. Absolutely amazing lunch everything was so tasty again the service was impeccable. We are definitely coming back for the another visit. The outside area is amazing really well thought of we could have easily stayed all day so relaxing and comfortable.

We have just spent a wonderful lunchtime enjoying great food and perfect service. Nothing was too much and we were made feel welcome. Thank you all for making our afternoon special.

Great hotel in an amazing location. Food and service and decoration is excellent. Plenty of parking. The hotel is a rustic country style and phone signal is abit iffy so the room is less modern then a inner city hotel room and its very expensive not a cheap hotel at all.

Just a really lovely place to stay. Great rooms, service, food and atmosphere. We have stayed twice now and I'm sure we will stay again. Many thanks to all for being so accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with such amazing staff. Loved every minute of our stay. Drinks are pricey but didn't take anything away from our stay.

Literally the best. We had our wedding here and was the absolute best day. They couldn't do enough for you, location and atmosphere was spot on. Really loved our day and they made it special

Used the venue for a training event. As a wheelchair user they were great and accommodating all the way round. Parking is a pleasure and access relatively easy.

Friendly staff, nothing to much trouble. Good allergen information with alternatives offered (vegan brownie - yum!). Lovely food.

We were a party of 16 and on arrival we had no power and hot water due to the storm. The staff made sure they did everything they could to make the most of the situation and were faultless. Second night we had power and a warm shower.which was a relief. Had a meal in the restaurant even though we hadn't booked, the staff made it work. Beautiful building and surroundings, with excellent customer service. Will definitely stay here again as a party or as a couple.

Lovely food and great service. Would highly recommend the garden 'pods' for an extra special celebration.

Lovely interior and atmosphere - we were there as a family party for Sunday lunch. Good food but not outstanding, good Sunday lunch options.

Excellent atmosphere, food, absolutely everything was perfect. Me and my partner came for a weekend and we were overwhelmed with everything. Staff, room, location was just what we needed. We did want to leave and we coming back next month for Valentines weekend. Thank you

The outside Pods are a fantastic idea with heating and wifi speaker supplied to stream your own music through. So good coming back in Jan for a friend's birthday celebration

Came over for my mums wedding and was completely blown away by the facility staff and food. Staff are amazingly not because they have to be but because that's who they are the day was amazing and seamless the quality of the food was amazing hot and delicious the rooms were spotless and fresh. Such a great experience thank you for everyone involved in making the day perfect.

Perfect hotel lovely rooms very very clean beautiful grounds and the cheery on top the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble we all can't wait until the next visit

Just had a fantastic time here. Private function held in the Windsor Suite. Gorgeous food from seasonal set menu for functions. Smooth food service and clear up. Nothing too much trouble. Room was cleaned to a very high standard, really comfy with Hypnos beds, tea/coffee facilities and free bottled water. Plus the fire alarm system works Would I stay here again? You bet I would.in a heartbeat. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Had afternoon tea with some girlfriends. I was a late addition with dietary requirements. The staff were very accommodating. I must say it's the best gluten free afternoon tea I have had. Lots of variety and very tasty. Had a lovely afternoon and would highly recommend. Thank you

Just had my wedding at Stirrups this weekend and they are the absolute best . The staff here are amazing, so lovely and friendly, know exactly what they're doing so you feel in safe hands and can just enjoy the day. We cannot thank these guys enough as our day was just the best. Did I mention how great this hotel is?!

Staff friendly and excellent restaurant with a good choice of food for both breakfast & dinner. Would recommend the Eggs Benedict for breakfast! Nice grounds to walk around with an outdoor seating area. Our first choice hotel whenever we are visiting the area, close to all the places of interest including:- Legoland, Ascot, Windsor, Marlow & Henley-on-Thames etc.

This was a very last minute booking snd i thought we would have to compromise on quality, but i was very wrong! We got the last available room at Stirrups which was a family suite for 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very spacious and spotlessly clean room, and activity packs had been left for our children which i was so impressed with. It was a busy night when we arrived and we could tell that this was a popular place, with a relaxed atmosphere.

The gardens really stood out too, with beautiful flower beds that looked expertly looked after. Even on a cloudy day, the colours were amazing! We really enjoyed our short stay here and would highly recommend to others as excellent value for money, friendly staff and extremely pleasant surroundings.

Fabulous location, grounds, food and staff. Everything is super. They have worked so well to create very relaxing outside dining. The menu is varied. Plenty big parking even when it's busy. I'm not tempted to try the pods, very expensive when the grounds are beautiful to relax and dine in but they seem popular, less so recently though.
